I want to express my dissatisfaction with this hotel. The only thing we appreciated was the breakfast, the restaurant staff, and the location of the hotel. But everything else was terrible and doesn't even deserve one star, let alone three stars. Initially, they put us in a room with a window facing an adjacent building wall that blocked all the air, even though the hotel was not full! We complained and they moved us to a slightly better room with a balcony, but everything in the room was worn out. The whole hotel with furniture required renovation. The bathroom had a very bad smell, and the room smelled of urine from an unknown source! The sheets looked old and not clean, and the towels were worn out and torn, all backed up with pictures. As soon as we entered, there was no internet service; we waited for more than an hour until they connected the internet, but it was weak. When a third device connected, the network would cut off. After we complained around 5:30 PM, the internet reached all four people in the room, but it was still very weak. Honestly, it's not worth the money at all, and I don't forgive them for the amount they charged us and for the misleading advertisement. Additionally, as foreign tourists, they should have shown us the bright and positive side of the hotel, not the worst they have.
