Klub Bunga Butik Resort

We recently stayed at Klub Bunga and, while there were some positives, there were also several disappointing aspects that affected our experience.
On the positive side, the hotel has plenty of activities for children, which makes it a good option for families. Just be aware that many of these activities come at an additional cost. The security staff at the front gate were always friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a smile every time we arrived or left. I would also like to mention the reception staff who checked us out on 7th July—they were the first staff members during our entire stay to genuinely smile, greet us warmly, and make us feel welcome.
Unfortunately, the service throughout the rest of our stay was well below what we expected. At check-in, we were simply handed our room key with no explanation about breakfast times or location, where our room was, or any information about the hotel facilities. There was also no assistance with luggage, so we had to carry all of our bags ourselves over quite a long distance.
Our room had several maintenance issues. The kettle was broken, the towels were very small and didn't feel particularly clean, and the paint inside the wardrobe was peeling, leaving marks on our clothes. Our balcony was never swept or cleaned during our stay.
The biggest disappointment was the overall attitude of most staff. Very few smiled or greeted guests, and whenever we asked for information, it felt like we were inconveniencing them.

I am truly impressed with the service at this hotel. From the moment I checked in until the end of my stay, everything was smooth, with staff and management who were not only professional but also very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, I had an accident and hurt my leg, but the hotel staff immediately showed great care and attention. The management responded quickly, provided assistance without hesitation, and even offered some thoughtful compliments that really made me feel appreciated as a guest.
It’s rare to find a hotel with such excellent service. The management is responsive, the staff genuinely care, and they managed to make me feel comfortable even though I wasn’t in the best condition.
On top of that, the hotel provides many fun activities and play areas for children, which makes it a perfect place for families. My child truly enjoyed the variety of games and entertainment available.
Truly the best hotel service I have ever experienced. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, outstanding service, and professional management.

This place has always been my favourite getaway in Batu.
As I love nature very much, staying in this resort brings good vibes.
We can have fresh air, nice breeze, for there are so many plants and flowers in this resort, and of course cool weather of Batu.
The rooms are always clean and tidy.
The staff are helpful and friendly.
And if you bring young kids with you, they will be excited because there are huge range of kids entertainment here.
I absolutely love this place.
