I arrived at the hostel around 11:20 pm. I had an overnight stay booked in advance. At the site everything was closed. No one answered the phone. No messages were answered. There was no information about where my room was. I had to look for a new place in the middle of the night. No. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
Very nice owner which can help you arrange the Ijan blue light visit.
Everything was perfect for a great price ☺️

Absolutely wonderful experience staying here. Linda was very helpful during our check-in, and getting us the health certificate for Ijen, for which she also coordinated with the tour guide to pick us up at the door of our room. Her mom’s food is also delicious — try it!
