Dirty and staffy room. More like a storeroom than a bedroom as ventilation of the room is extremely poor. Found a lot of ants and 2 cockroaches in the room. Appreciate though, when allowed to change one of our 2 rooms to a more airy room without extra charge because one of my family member had an asthma attack.

We were welcomed by friendly staff after a 10 minute walk from the bus terminal. When we arrived, we were informed that we can only use the pool for an extra charge because we booked directly through their website, which seemed strange to us. We immediately noticed the cigarette burns on the bed sheets and later also saw that the pillows were moldy. Overall the bathrooms weren’t very clean either, although the hot shower was properly hot. Next time we will just stay somewhere in the city center.
