The property features private on-site parking that easily accommodates several passenger cars. It has previously accommodated car club convoys of up to seventeen vehicles. For large tour groups traveling in oversized vehicles, guests may use the parking area of the adjacent petrol station.

Most guests highlight the exceptional hospitality, warmth, and responsiveness of the owners and on-duty staff. The hosts personally welcome guests and assist with smooth check-ins and check-outs. However, there have been complaints regarding non-transparent pricing when attempting to extend a stay or change room categories on-site. In one instance, management suggested canceling an online booking in favor of direct payment, subsequently requesting an inflated surcharge for a room upgrade.

The spacious rooms feature comfortable beds, cable TV, air conditioning, and wardrobes with hangers. The bathrooms are equipped with properly functioning water heaters providing hot water. Guests are supplied with clean towels, bottled water, mugs, and electric kettles. Shared kitchens on each floor include refrigerators, hot and cold water dispensers, stoves, and tableware. Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary tea and coffee or prepare their own meals.

The large panoramic windows in the lounge areas and selected bedrooms offer impressive views of Mount Prau. The building features a rooftop observation deck where guests can admire the surrounding mountain ranges during the morning hours. Windows in the communal lounges also provide excellent natural views of the surrounding scenery.

There is no elevator in the building; access between floors is strictly by stairs. The staircases are relatively steep with high steps. Carrying heavy or bulky luggage to the upper floors may require significant physical effort.

Due to the building's set-back position from the roadway, street traffic noise rarely penetrates into the rooms. However, internal soundproofing between rooms has occasionally drawn remarks. Guests mentioned an incident where loud music from a portable speaker in the ground-floor common lounge disturbed other residents, and the staff did not take prompt action to reduce the noise.

Spacious family rooms with additional bedding are available for larger family groups. Each floor features bright lounge areas that create a cozy, home-like atmosphere. Additionally, the property includes a prayer room, as well as a fitness area and karaoke facilities.
