The hotel's own parking area in front is quite narrow and accommodates approximately 4 cars, which can make parking difficult. However, the staff assists in organizing secure parking nearby. During Car Free Day, employees help rearrange vehicles so that guests can depart without any issues before 9 AM.

The hotel staff are described as very friendly, polite, and responsive. Guests note the good service and the staff's willingness to help resolve issues. Additionally, late check-out until 4:00 PM is available at RedDoorz Syariah @ Sakinah Guesthouse for an additional fee of 30% of the room rate.

Some guests mention that breakfast is included in the price of the stay. The main dish served is fried rice with a sunny-side-up egg, complemented by krupuk, cucumber, and hot sweet tea. Visitors rate this breakfast as delicious.

Wi-Fi is provided via a QR code; however, reviews regarding its performance are mixed: some guests find it stable, while others complain about slow speeds. The televisions in the rooms are Android-based and geared toward YouTube (movies and music), while access to Netflix may incur a separate fee of 10 thousand per night. In some rooms, guests experienced a lack of network signal.

Soundproofing in the hotel is poor. Guests complain that the partitions between rooms do not have sufficient noise-absorbing capacity, resulting in neighbors' phone conversations being clearly audible in the room.

Guest opinions on cleanliness are divided. Many praise the hotel for the cleanliness of the rooms and toilets, describing them as well-maintained. On the other hand, there are serious complaints about shortcomings: mentions of dead cockroaches in the room, uncollected shampoo waste in the bathroom, and even an instance of a toad appearing in the room. It was also noted that mosquitoes may gather in the folds of sarongs in the prayer room.

The air conditioning system is unstable. Some guests are satisfied, noting that the rooms are very cold and comfortable. Others complain that the AC does not cool the room sufficiently even when the temperature is set to 16 degrees, or that the room was initially too hot.

Rooms feature a basic set: soap in dispensers, towels (three were provided in the family room), a television, and furniture (table, chair, wardrobe). However, different guests report different inventories: some note the absence of toothbrushes, toothpaste, tissues, and slippers, as well as the lack of a water scoop in the bathroom. Family rooms offer additional amenities such as a refrigerator and a stove, but a kettle and drinking water may be missing. A water dispenser is installed in the common corridors.

The condition of the plumbing varies from good to unsatisfactory. Some guests are satisfied with the cleanliness and the availability of hot and cold water. Others report malfunctions: a broken shower faucet, a failed hot water supply system, and bathroom doors that are difficult to close.

The guesthouse has its own musholla (prayer room), which guests describe as spacious, clean, and convenient for prayer.
