The hotel has a reasonably large car park, as it is located on the same property as the Lorin Hotel. However, some guests have noted that the parking spaces do not have cover (open parking), which may be inconvenient. Also, there were mentions of the car park being full during peak periods.

Guest opinions are mixed: many praise the staff for their friendliness, politeness, and quick response to complaints, including security and maintenance personnel. However, there are reviews about unfriendly staff at the reception desk and in the restaurant who were unhelpful or lacked proper hospitality. Overall, most note the promptness in resolving technical issues in the rooms.

The hotel's breakfast is characterized as very tasty and diverse, with a wide selection of dishes: from traditional Indonesian options (such as Soto, Siomay, and rice porridge) to Western options (pasta, pastries, and fruits). However, during periods of high occupancy, there is a strict one-hour session system, which guests find inconvenient. One review mentioned a serious hygiene issue - the appearance of rodents in the restaurant kitchen area.

The hotel implements an eco-friendly approach: instead of individual plastic bottles, there are pitchers in the rooms and dispensers with free water on each floor.

The soundproofing is not very good: guests complain that conversations and the noise of moving chairs from corridors and neighboring rooms are clearly audible. The atmosphere in the hotel is distinctly Islamic: reading the Quran (Mu'alat) is broadcast on each floor, and there are prayer rooms (Musolla) on each floor.

Many guests note that the rooms look old and in need of renovation: worn carpets, peeling paint, and old tiles. In some cases, the reality does not match the photos, for example, the view from the window is to air conditioners instead of the promised landscape. There were also problems with faulty door locks, burnt-out light bulbs, and leaking air conditioners.

The air conditioning units are unstable: in some rooms, they are noisy, malfunction, or simply do not cool the air to the desired temperature. In several cases, guests had to call technicians for repairs. There were also mentions of problems with bathroom exhaust fans, which led to unpleasant odors.

The rooms have standard hygiene sets (soap, shampoo, toothbrushes) and towels, although there are sometimes delays in their provision. For Muslim guests, there are prayer accessories in the rooms, but some guests complained about the freshness of the prayer garments. Suites also have tea makers, mini-fridges, and full bathrooms with bathtubs.

The Syariah Hotel does not have its own pool, but guests have access to the pools and open areas of the Lorin Hotel, which is about a 5-10 minute walk. There are children's and adult zones, slides, a sand pool, and even a small zoo with reptiles. The quality of the water in the pool is assessed as being from crystal clear to murky during periods of high occupancy. Towels for the pool are provided, but some guests note that they need to be taken from the room.

The hotel is very family-friendly (kids friendly). In addition to access to the infrastructure of the Lorin Hotel, there is a dedicated indoor play area in Syariah Hotel, although some toys are broken. Guests note that children enjoy playing in the sandpits and at the pool, and also mention the possibility of free breakfast for children of a certain age.

The level of cleanliness is causing many complaints: guests report dust on windows, dirty carpets in corridors, insects (cockroaches) in rooms, and mold in bathrooms. There were also cases where bed linen was not changed for several days. Conversely, some visitors found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained.
