Location: While it is located down an alley (gang), the nearest Indomaret is just a 3-minute walk. It's also very close to Lawang Sewu (5 minutes on foot). Perfect for backpackers looking for efficiency.
Rooms: Clean, with cold A/C, and a water heater is available. Every detail is well-attended to.
Service: The receptionists are very friendly. The price is affordable.
Cars can enter, but car parking is limited. Motorcycle parking is spacious. Highly recommended!

I stayed in a room A, single fan with TV (but I didnt watch TV coz too tired to watch TV). Pretty small but it's fine for a solo traveler with small luggage. The house super clean because foot wears aren't allowed in the house. The bath rooms are clean, there are many bath rooms in 1st & 2nd floor. There area tables & chairs for you if you need to work on you laptop outside the rooms. There is praying room too. And the location is perfect. Just walk few meters to the main road, you'll find Indomaret, cafe etc to buy food & drink. If you have your own coffee sachet, you can make your own coffee.
