Radja Art and Boutique Hotel Simpang Lima

If I could give 10 stars for the service, I really would.
This is my third visit to Hotel Radja and they never fell short of my expectations. The rooms were clean and impeccable. The food variety at breakfast was great too. They always taste good. They respond to requests quickly. The location is great because it's not on a busy street but there's a lot of beautiful cafes surrounding it. It's close by everywhere too (at least to the places I need to be). But I would like to highlight their Front Office staff here.
I had to bring a LOT of luggage due to taking care of a few things in Semarang, and had to go back and forth to a few places bringing along my elderly mother and aunt with me. I had to hassle the hotel staff with my luggage a lot due to that.
I asked them to keep some of my luggage at the front office for my entire stay. I even had them help me receive and temporarily keep the tool I ordered online because I need the tool so badly. Even after checking out, because I still have some things to take care of in Semarang, they took care of all of my luggage until it was time for my bus. All of this help was given with the brightest and most sincere smile. I still feel bad for hassling them a lot but the smile makes me think they're genuinely good people who wants to help me😭
Anyways thanks a lot to the receptionists! Mba Shintya (I'm sorry if I misspelled), Mbak Dini, and the male receptionist who checked me in.

This accomodation is perfect for family, especially for kids. So much fun here for kids, from amenities, interior decoration and playground in restaurant area.
Clean room, very friendly staff.
They also remind us for breakfast time, and check out time via telphone or WA chat.
Just need improvement for additional table for putting our luggage and other stuffs.
Overall we're very comfortable during staying here.

The location is near by the PIP Semarang. So, it has an easy access to everyone (seafarer) who want to take a course on PIP Semarang.
The location is accessible and has a big sign on it. The staff are good and well mannered. They have a good food and service too.
But, for the room is little bit under valued. The room seems too old for the furniture.
Overall the hotel are good.

Located in the busy street, close to many culinary cafe n resto and Roemani hospital. Parking area in front and inside hotel may be used by more or less 20 cars. Nine floors hotel, provides 80 rooms. It is a guest choice to patienly wait the only one elevator or burn calories by using stairs to reach your room.
Mineral water is available near elevator which mean you must bring and fill in your own bottle to your rooms. It is great though, to reduce plastic bottles for water. Coffee and tea bags are provided for each rooms. Standard breakfast was served in the upper ground, moslem pray room located in the 1st floor near meeting room, or you can walk to the mosque behind the hotel by 5 minutes walk.

Pleasantly surprised by a clean and neat hotel in good location considering the price range. Not amazing breakfast but we didn't expect too much. Point is that rooms and bathrooms were very ok. We will be back! And hopefully we can order a beer bucket to the room after 10pm next time! 😁

I love this hotel. The design, the concept and the service are more than my expectation. It's really clean too. We booked Family room, so we can stay with the kids in one room. Quite large space for four of us. And I love the room as it had a window so I can see outside. The toilet also quite big. The food is ok. We are gonna stay there again next time. Some small complaints are just the parking area, the less towels in the room as we are four persons but there were two towels in the toilet and the hot water didn't work. The rest are fantastic.
