Pondok Serrata Convention, Boutique & Tourist Hotel

Such a classic hotel with nice area. I spent one night there and it was quite comfortable. Things that make me give 4 star rate is because the room especially the bathroom is not clean enough.
One good thing about their service is when I asked for a mop to clean our room, they send a friendly office boy to do it right away.
The swimmingpool is quite ckean, but unfortunately I forgot to bring our swimsuit.
Hopefully, next time they will improve their service and provide good breakfast experience as they didn't have breakfast service at this time.

I only here to swim. The swimming pool are quite clean and good. But I want to express my dissapointment about the hospitality, food service in particular.
I was accompanying my wife swim 2 days in a row. In first day, the waiter are good. (The male one, the one who's charge in receptionist). We order seafood fried rice with prawn crackers, later he informs that the kitchen cannot offer prawn crackers crackers but he do the extra mile by giving us a plate full of regular crackers.
In second day, we order chicken fried rice to waiter (different from previous day, that day was female waiter).
The food comes without crackers, when I asked why the food doesn't come with crackers, while we got full of crackers on previous day, she said all the fried rice menu doesn't include crackers, and if I said I got it on previous day, it is from the effort of waiter itself.
Then. Why you don't do the same way? I mean. You work in hospitality industry right? And one of your performance measures is providing satisfactory service to your customers isn't?
