Very disappointed. I booked 3 rooms and asked for an extra bed. They asked me to pay in advance for the extra bed. I paid quickly (morning), then when I arrived at the hotel at 6.30 PM, the bed wasn't ready yet. And they asked me to wait. After a while, the receptionist says I can go to the room just to find there's NO extra bed! I called her and then a crew came to prepare the bed using his shoes to go inside my room. How's ur cleanliness standard?
I know the employees tried to be nice. But I just a tired guest that came from a long journey, u should treat me better.
Can't say more as we are super happy when we stayed at this hotel. We stayed 5 nights and booked 2 rooms. Securities and staffs are friendly, polite and helpful. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast is remarkable. There are many variants for breakfast and taste. Delicious. Rooms are big… clean. AC, small refrigerator work perfectly, toilet clean. Bed is convenient. There are kettle, coffee and tea sachets. We could refill our bottles. We have stayed this hotel many times and always got happy satisfied results. And room price is affordable. We recommend this hotel for you… 👍👍👍
