Horison Ultima Sentraland Simpang Lima Semarang

I was curious because of one video on TikTok that showed Pasar Tumpah. And yes. It's totally followed by the crowd. I arrived there around 7.30 and WOW I had to wait in line for so many orders, but it's worth the wait.
I ordered some menus: the Steak & Soto Tangkar were truly the best. The taste was top notch. I also had Churros for takeaway & it's delicious. I loved how the batter melted in my mouth.
The service? Trully a class. The staffs were helpful, full of smile even they're busy with the pile of orders. One question for sure, how could they maintain to still smile & give the best service while cooking & serving?
The price was good. I wonder how they could sell the menus on low prices while they gave the right combo to customers? The delicate food, the incredible services from the staffs, and the low prices.
Notes: Special thanks to mas Amri (not sure if I spelled it right) who cooked the steak. I & my friend were sorry that we had to interrupt and disturb him while he's still cooking for the customers. We asked too many questions about the products & requested too many for our food. 🤭 But he answered everything without leaving the smiles. And yes, he served what we requested.

Reasonable price, good location, room was ok — could be cleaner. Room size is decent and has expected amenities like toiletries, toothbrush set, etc. Gym and Pool are bare minimum. My brother used the gym and said some equipment was broken due to lack of maintenance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They certainly make us feel welcome. Overall I wouldn't say it's 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star that need a bit of refurbishment.

Not bad, but my room was very loud at night. I could easily hear the nightclub’s music until 2am. Calls to prayer were also very loud in my room but that is unavoidable almost everywhere. Would appreciate better soundproofing in the rooms; the large windows feel unnecessary since they let in noise at night and heat during the day.
The pool should be open later in my opinion but I understand it must be cleaned. Plenty of options for food at breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the location is city center, great for exploring.
