Bunda D.

8/10

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars.
Convenient location and great service, but needs better maintenance. Positives:
Perfect location: Just a 5-minute walk to Nasi Pecel Bu Sumo.
Food options: The hotel conveniently sells rice and fried chicken right out front.
Excellent service: Seamless check-in/out and helpful security staff who provide great valet assistance when parking is full.
They sell.
Notes & Areas for Improvement:
Small elevator: Fits a max of 5 people.
Cleanliness issues: Found two cockroaches walking from under the bed during our stay (Aug 15-17).
Plumbing odor: The toilet had a strong smell after flushing, likely needing septic tank maintenance.
I hope management addresses these issues, as this hotel has wonderful potential given its great staff and location!

Old hotel, bathroom is dull, also the amenities like towel, bedcover and sheets, definitely need an upgrade, but the room is spacious. Limited parking slot, they refer us to park at a school across the street. Breakfast is OK but not many options, could be better though. Strategic location, nearby eateries (some are walking distance)
