I had a pleasant stay at Djajanti House Semarang for two nights. The location is close to Soto Semarang Pak Wito and Istana Buah. My classic executive room was clean and had own terrace. I got hotel amenities such as toothbrush, tea, coffee, sugar, kettle and hotel slipper. AC went well. Water heater can be a bit unstable during my stay.
Although Djajanti House does not provide disability access or an elevator, it's a perfect choice for a calm stay, whether with family or working remotely. The lush garden and outdoor space create a fresh and serene atmosphere.
It has a strategic location with complete facilities, the best food and drinks, unfortunately there is not enough parking and access to the rooms is quite difficult.

Stayed for one night during weekend. My first impression was the place felt cozy and relaxing. A great choice if you are tired of Semarang's hot weather. The yard is green and spacious, great if you have kids/toddlers. The cafe is integrated to the hotel, make it easy to order food anytime you want. Breakfast was simple but super delicious. Service was excellent. We stayed in modern double room. Spacious and comfortable. The only drawback was the bedsheet's faded white color… Looked a bit old but clean. Still comfortable to sleep on. It is better to add a bit of scent in the room to add better experience. Overall, recommend place to stay in the downtown of Semarang. And the price is 👍. I personally love the Gelato.
