Big room and cozy pillow. Theres a convinence store and also cafe in front of the hotel. So far good breakfast too.

Very happy to stay here, definietly come back again with good ambience, thank you pak dedi and team for the warm and kind hospitality.

Nice hotel, location in main road, staff helpfull, clean room. Bfast not much, swiming pool very good, parking area very large. This is not my first come and the first I can allowed c in 12.00 a’clock, but in a second time I should c in 13’30I found some guest come later than me can c in emmediatly. Overall ok.

The bed is litte bit dirty, and smells like sweat. The shower cannot make a hot water just warm water on the afternoon.
But, I do like the staff and receptionist, but anything is good like the television, air conditioner is good.

Bathroom is very tight (in standard room), should have used sliding door for such bathroom layout (Overall room size is okay for standard room). Room is clean, pillow is too thick for my taste. Gym needs proper maintenance, both of the treadmills were not working. (Entry was updated for clarity).

I had a chance to order from the hotel's restaurant, and the food was great. It provided a convenient option when I didn't want to venture out for a meal.
The hotel's location was convenient for my trip, it's located in Central Rembang. It served its purpose as a base for my visit to the city.
Overall, Pollos Hotel provided a comfortable and hassle-free stay. It's a solid choice for travelers looking for a straightforward, no-nonsense accommodation. I would consider staying here again for future trips when I'm looking for a reliable and reasonably priced option.

The breakfast is very good and has the status of Rembang Landmark. But swimming pool water quality management needs to be improved.

I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The receptionist was not friendly and didn't provide helpful information about the hotel or the surrounding area, not until I asked. As someone who had never visited before, I was expecting a warm welcome and some guidance on how to make the most of my stay. Instead, I felt ignored and unwelcome. This ruined my first impression of the hotel.
We also received unfriendly service from the Lounge's waitress. Please improve the level of service and hospitality across all your staff members.
While the accommodations were decent (let's ignore their weird TV position) and had a wonderful view, the poor service from the receptionist really tainted my entire experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and hospitable stay.

This is a modern hotel with nice and beautiful ambience. Clean room and comfortable. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and has a nice pool view. There is live music every weekend at the rooftop which we can see a beautiful scenery. I think this is the best hotel in Rembang. Will definitely stay at this hotel when comes to Rembang next time.
