I actually regret giving it 1 star, it should be 0. The staff are unfriendly, even though Solo is known for its friendly residents, hehe.
We were given a corner room with a small child. The air was already uncomfortable from the moment we arrived.
The room was dirty, and the toilet was dirty too.
It really looked like it had never been cleaned. The price was also unreasonable, going up threefold.
The sheets were dirty. If there were other options, I wouldn't have stayed here.

Booking during long weekends can increase the price 2-3 times.
The location doesn't match the Google Maps listing.
The mattress is actually soft, but it seems like the sheets and blanket weren't replaced because they were stained.
The TV, sink, toilet flush, and shower stall don't work. The hot water doesn't work.
Limited parking.
Amenities include only 2 towels and soap.
The AC works. The staff are friendly. No deposit required.
Sufficient for just resting.

Because I'm still hurt, lol, it's better not to check in here. Just change to a 3-star hotel. This 200k IDR hotel has terrible facilities. Drinks, soap, nothing. They said they had to pay more because they didn't book from Oyo. But those who had already booked from Oyo also had to pay more. Lol.

Not willing to give 1 star, it should be zero stars because this hotel is not really recommended, I booked through the app but when I wanted to check in it said the data hadn't been entered, even though I had already paid, I was told to complain to the call center myself, the staff was still young but stupid and couldn't do anything when asked, no responsibility at all, chased away people who were confused by the call center, really rude man.

Staying here is very disappointing.! the room is dirty, full of dust and diarrhea, especially when entering the bathroom it smells of shit.! and even more disappointment is the employees are very rude and unfriendly.! why do you want to check out and have to wait until 9 am, we are the one who pay and then if you want to come to work at 7, you have to wait for the employees to wake up.? what kind of accommodation is like this.! very disappointed please for customers not to stay here.!
