I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is quite comfortable and cozy, making it perfect for relaxing after a long day. Its strategic location is a big plus — close to many local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Overall, it’s a great option for both business and leisure trips. I would definitely consider staying here again!

This hotel was my number 1 choice when I visit Purwokerto, it's located in city center and train station, but in December 2024, I had an unpleasant experience when staying there for 6 nights. First, when I checked in, only there is no non-smoking room available, so I need to stay 1 night on the smoking room, I still can smell the cigarette smell on the room, it's not that strong smell, but still I can smell it. Next day, I contacted front office to find a non-smoking room and moved to another floor, staff were helpful, they helped to move my stuffs to new room, but then after stayed for few nights, suddenly there is a water leakage on top of the bed, then the staff moved me to another room, well it's tiring to pack all of my stuffs and unpack again in new room. But, the new room also have another water leakage, on the window, so the floor was always wet on the window area, when I asked the front office to solve this, they can't give any solution or other option, so I have to stay in a room that the floor was always wet. Well, the hotel management try to give a complimentary dinner, but it's already late at night, I rejected it. Too bad, I think I will not stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is located near Alun-alun, center of Purwokerto Region. We can walk about 100 meters only to go to Alun-alun.
The room is quite clean and neat. They provide water drink dispenser in every floor. The staffs are helpful and fast response.

The hotel is well situated just next to a big shopping mall and the city square. The train station is just 5 minutes away.
The room which I stayed in was very comfy.
The bed was big enough for two pax.
The amenities were well provided.

Nice and clean room with working hot shower and good water pressure. Very helpful staff. Affordable price. Variety of breakfast. Strategic location. All the necessities in business trip! Would be back to this hotel again whenever I’m in town 👍🏼

I have often been to Central Java and I had a pleasant experience while staying here, the room was comfortable and the AC was cold, the breakfast was varied and the Indonesian menu was delicious, thank you Sis Xena for helping me during my stay here👍

Was requesting room prior to the checkin date and the FO very helpful until checkin date. The pillows are softly approved you got 4 pillows <3!
I stayed with my bestie and her baby, the experience is good as they put us in a quieter room.
Breakfast is pretty good, not much options but is OK.

Few times stayed in here and always had a good and pleasant stay but for tonight’s stay I’m a bit not enjoyed my stay because I had a smoking room without confirmation and the hotel sandals they had in my room is not a new one. But overall everything ok and the breakfast is so much more upgraded from the menu options and the taste.

Great room and building.
Too bad the service fell short of our expectations:
1. Despite confirming by phone hours earlier, the check-in process was slow.
2. Initially, there was only one towel and no bathroom mat in the room. It was inconvenient to have to ask for these basic things.
3. When we raised concern no. 2, instead of apologies, the staff seemed to blame us for not confirming the room for two persons, although the room clearly accommodates two lol. They mentioned issues with their vendor, which didn't seem relevant since we had already paid for the room.

Really good for the rooms, service, and the pool really recommended for traveling and also business, has a good cafe in front with good promo on the cappuccino, strategic place, near the mall of the city, garden, and big screen if we want to watch Timnas play, thank you…………….

Hotel looks nice and modern when you enter the reception. The room was small but OK. Unfortunately there was a very dirty yellow stain on the bed linen. When we went out we asked to change the sheets. When we came back, we saw the stain at another place so they probably just flipped the sheets. We called and stayed in the room while they changed the sheets and now it was OK. But it was not a good start. As other reviews already mention, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.
Location of the hotel is nice. We went out to Rita Supermall which is next door and is much bigger than we expected.
The pool is very small and there are too few sunbeds, but it was nice to take a dip in the pool.
Cleaning of the hotel good be better. The floor on the 8th floor was full of foot steps and that was not cleaned during our 2 night stay.
