Avordable price.
Good location.
You can ask them to wash your car by additional tipping.

First thing on my mind was the price was VERY CHEAP compared with the facilities that I got.
The room is clean and spacious enough (although a little bit old style for me).
Hot shower available.
Service was VERY GOOD; very friendly and also helpful. My car was washed every morning there.
Strategic location, walkable from the center of the city.
They provided just fried rice for breakfast menu. Delicious enough, but a little bit boring if you stay longer here.
But not hard to find another breakfast choices around the hotel.
