Great stayyy, comfortable hotel it was the first time I have ever received an ipgraded room for free. I cam for my brothers graduation late at noght and it was bery pleasant indeed. Wishe there were more hotels loke santika in every city in Indo.

My husband and I stayed in Hotel Santika Pekalongan for 5 nights with our baby, we were visiting the region on a business trip. The experience was excellent. The hotel was immaculate, the room was comfortable and quiet, the staff were helpful and accommodating. The breakfast provided had excellent variety and was consistently delicious. The location was convenient. We will stay again on future business trips.

It is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. On the first day of my stay, the hotel had a false alarm, so I gathered my things and ran out. On the second day, the electricity of the room was shut down and reopened every few minutes in the midnight. Therefore, I was not able to sleep. I informed the counter, they sent an engineer to fix the issue, but it cannot be fixed in a short time. Originally, the counter refused my request ti change a room. They only agreed to let me change a room after I strongly requested it with anger. To add, the food is bad as well, especially the dinner, there were only 3 courses for dinner. It is such a bad hotel with poor facility and service.

The hotel upgraded the room without additional cost. I stayed one night in executive room, spacious clean and the bath no bathtub. That's what I like. The food taste good. The staf so helpful and cooperative. Lastly, the hotel location only 7.5 kilometer from the toll gate. I recommend this hotel to stay. Thank you Santika. See you in the future.

Clean place, dooms are wide and cool as well as being sound proof. Breakfast is not bad but can't be described as excellent.

Great service and the room is clean. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is okay and I ordered fried rice for dinner. The nasi goreng is great! Although I prefer chicken satay over sausages in my fried rice. I don’t know why they change the satay to sausage.

Santika Hotel Pekalongan located right in front of Pekalongan station, which give you direct access by foot. The room is quite compact, there are many sofas in each floor just outside the lift, which make a cozy place to meet and greet place without need to take the guests to the room. The breakfast is standard, not much option but they have an okay quality and taste.

Room was clean and the city view was good. Amenities were standard but ok. Breakfast at the restaurant was ok but when I came around 7.30 am, some of the food at the buffet were finished, people were still coming but I noticed the resto didn't refill. Their hot tea was fragrant and delicious. The swimming pool was small but my son enjoyed it. I don't know whether the pool area was smoking area or not, but I suggest that it should be non-smoking area to make it child friendly area. The staff were polite and helpful. Had our table manner course here. The food was great. Bread and butter was so good I wish could had more of those T_T. The main course's chicken was also cooked to perfection, not undercooked and not overcooked or too dry. The cream soup was also pretty good tho. The services are great too, all the staffs were kind and humble. The interior were great too, it's pleasant to the eye. Thank you for having us and helping with our course. Definitely would recommend this hotel to people around me.
