A very gorgeous hotel. Perfect place to enjoy serenity. The staffs are friendly and professional. Rooms are quite big but lack of seating area. It is clean and cozy. However there's sort of technical issue on the downlight inside the room. Sounds like electrical problem.
The location is far from convenient store. But there are some local foods around.
The most beautiful view is mount merbabu. We can enjoy the perfect view of couple mountains from here. There's a view deck to take a selfie photo with couple mountains as a background.
Absolutely I'll stay night at this hotel if I visit this place.

Room is okay, kinda old but still comfortable. Swimming pool was not top notch, but it was still acceptable for kids to play. Overall, the atmosphere was really quiet since it was far away from town. However, the low side was breakfast choice. Very limited choice although tastes okay. Not that delicious but not too bad. Good choice for traveller that likes quiet atmosphere with good view of Mt. Merapi and Merbabu, especially in the morning when view to the mountains were very clear.

Pros:
The receptionists are amazing. Super friendly and do things quickly. Also very helpful when the need arises (eg room change due to faulty room or borrowing umbrella during heavy rain). Awesome customer service :) Also the double bed is very big.
However, unfortunately the pros end there.
Cons:
The room facilities leave much to be desired. The bedsheets and pillows have marks/stains on them, the toilet may have some sewage smell, the shower water pressure is inconsistent & there's limited heated water. Not a problem if you are solo or everyone takes quick showers (it doesn't turn stone cold, but it's not comforting). And lastly, there are insects in the room (depends on room-either fly/big ants/mosquito)
So overall the outward appearance of Sevilla's hotel, bright rooms and lovely staff make a good first impression; but if cleanliness was improved, it would make a big improvement during the stay.
