The parking is shared with the shopping mall, which can make it difficult to find an available space during peak periods or during wedding events. Guests have noted the absence of a dedicated parking zone exclusively for hotel guests and the lack of valet parking services. Some navigation difficulties have also arisen: some guests confused the entrances and parked on level B1, from where they had to climb stairs to reach the hotel. To receive free parking, it is necessary to have the ticket stamped by the receptionist.

Most guests describe the staff as very friendly, helpful, and professional. Employees assist in locating and sending forgotten items, promptly resolve issues with connecting rooms, and have even offered assistance in storing breast milk in the restaurant's freezer. However, there are isolated complaints regarding the rudeness of certain restaurant and security staff when interacting with guests on motorcycles.

Breakfast is served as a buffet with a wide selection of dishes, ranging from local Indonesian and Asian to Western options. Guests praised the variety of the menu, noting the Indomie noodle station and the traditional getuk gondok dish. Most consider the food delicious, although some guests described the selection as standard and the coffee quality as mediocre. It was also mentioned that traces of dirt are occasionally found on the restaurant tables.

Drinking water (up to 2 liters in some cases) and free snacks in the mini-bar are provided in the rooms. An electric kettle (heater) is available for preparing drinks. Rooms are also equipped with toiletries, a hairdryer, and air conditioning. In some rooms, additional bolster pillows are provided to guests.

However, there are complaints about the wear and tear of some elements: one review mentioned dirty bathtub drains and mold on the shower curtain, while another mentioned malfunctioning curtains. Additionally, some guests noted that the hotel corridors are too dark.

The room windows and the pool area offer picturesque views of Magelang city, Mount Tidar, and Mount Merapi, especially in clear weather.

Guest opinions are divided: many find the rooms clean and well-maintained, but there are complaints about dust on the floor that required wiping. In separate instances, guests found hair on towels and dirt in the bathroom. The overall cleanliness of the corridors and elevators is rated as satisfactory, but some details require closer attention.

In most rooms, the air conditioners work effectively, providing a pleasant coolness. However, there are complaints about the inability to adjust the temperature independently: in one case, even at the maximum temperature setting, the room was too cold, necessitating the device be turned off completely.

The hotel has elevators; however, access from the parking area to the lobby is inconveniently organized. Guests who parked in the basement note the lack of a direct elevator to the lobby, meaning they must use the stairs, which is particularly difficult for pregnant women or people with heavy luggage.

The hotel features a pool with a beautiful view, divided into zones for children and teenagers, as well as a warm water jacuzzi. Guests appreciate the water cleanliness and the comfort of the relaxation area. There is also a spa area to help guests unwind after their journey.

The Maple Gym fitness center has received very high ratings. Visitors describe it as modern, spotlessly clean, and very well-equipped with machines, comparing it to the equipment found in five-star hotels. There is also a designated area for Zumba classes.

The hotel is very welcoming to various categories of guests. For elderly guests, non-slip mats and handrails are provided in the bathrooms. Families with children find the pools and the proximity to the shopping mall with its play areas convenient. Furthermore, the staff shows care for nursing mothers by offering professional milk storage.
