Kenari Asri Hotel

The hotel provides on-site parking; however, some guests note that spaces are limited and can be tight, sometimes requiring parking on the roadside under security supervision. A significant perk is the complimentary car wash for guests, with many noting that their vehicles are washed clean by morning. It should be noted that the free wash is only available for cars, leaving motorcycle owners feeling overlooked as their bikes are not washed and may be parked without shelter.

The majority of guests describe the staff as very friendly, polite, and eager to help. Receptionist Putri is particularly praised for her hospitality and professionalism. Nonetheless, there are occasional negative remarks: one guest reported a slow front-desk response when an item left behind in a room was not returned promptly. There was also a reported issue with a bed-type discrepancy for a Traveloka booking that was not satisfactorily resolved.

Guests speak highly of the breakfast, noting that the menu is sufficiently varied and the food quality exceeds expectations, even for a 3-star hotel. Some describe the dishes as tasty and reminiscent of home cooking. Additionally, the hotel's food has received positive feedback from guests hosting events here.

Rooms at Kenari Asri are described as very clean and well-maintained. Amenities include air conditioning, a TV (40-inch in some rooms), an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. Guests note good lighting, though some mention that certain rooms can be small or have a lingering smell of tobacco if previous guests smoked. Bathrooms feature hot water, although in some cases it may take a brief moment to run hot.

Overall, the hotel features a tranquil atmosphere, making it suitable for business trips and focused work. However, guests caution that the ground floor can get noisy due to its proximity to the parking lot, lobby, and passing conversation. For maximum peace and quiet, choosing rooms on higher floors is recommended.

The hotel provides a set of complimentary toiletries and slippers in the rooms. For events, there is a spacious, well-lit function hall on the third floor equipped with reliable audiovisual equipment. Guests also appreciate the complimentary morning car wash service.
