It’s was kinda ok for the price (room with no ac @ 150k/n) but the same room with ac was just so not worth it (250k/n) so we decided to take without ac but it was difficult to sleep.
We went looking around the main village and found a way better room for 230k/n with a slight sea view, ac and yeah towels (since they didn’t provide towels either)
And breakfast was the saddest.
Yes there were tea and coffee but no hot water…
Overall it was a bad experience. Ok for a one nighter and check the hotels in a and around.

The owner is very friendly. They love to talk and mingle. This homestay is near to the town square about 5 minutes by walk. About the room, well it's good. They have 2 types of room with fan and AC. What I love from this homestay is the craft on the door. It's awesome.
