Super dissapointed. Doesnt look like the pictures at all. Room was dirty, bedsheets were dirty — had to put towels to cover them and we didnt use the blankets nor the cushions… Door could barely be closed from the outside such as from the inside. For the prize we paid, in comparison… I have seen so much better on Java or elsewhere. Its really dissapointing. I guess you pay for the "experience". So I would strongly recommend you guys, if you still decide to go book a night, dont book the deluxe family room with mountain view. Just chose camping option — it will be as convenient and clean. Cheaper too! Or go higher tier, but not sure its going to be worth it either…
We stayed here for three nights (during the week) and the accommodation is amazing value for money. The room was clean and we were provided with fresh towels, tea, coffee, etc. Every day.
The view and the gardens are a dream! The homemade food was authentic and super delicious!
Incredibly friendly and helpful service. We felt very comfortable. Irfan, the owner, was always available and advised and supported us with activities in the area. Thank you also for the shuttle service to Japarah, Irfan!
