I would give the staff 10 stars, if I could!
Let me start by saying that this is a hostel, which comes with different experiences based on the travelers. In my case, we booked a private family room.
The location is easy to find, with on-site parking and very close to the major sights.
Staff and their service was AMAZING! Very helpful and informative. They all went beyond my expectations to assist us (we had problems with our car when we arrived).
Even though it's a hostel you'll still get hotel-like amenities if you booked a private room.
The location is at a high elevation. It gets cold at night. No A/C needed!
Room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 4.
This hostel is a true bargain for the price!

What I like:
+ the place is so strategic from everywhere.
+ there is communal area to cook, eat, and co-working area.
+ it’s included breakfast.
What needs to be improved:
— sometimes, the water heater didn’t work. It’s so challenging because of the weather is so cold there.
— the Wi-Fi was not good. It can’t be connected automatically and so slow or even didn’t connect.
— the guess didn’t get any amenities or even towel.
— the bookshelves and some chairs & tables in communal area need to be cleaned.

I had a very good experience at the hostel! The public room is perfect to relax, have a coffee and chat with people, the rooftop has a fantastic view! The breakfast was wonderful, and the staff is very very kind and helped in every needs. I suggest to go in this place!
