The hotel's own parking area is quite narrow, which may cause some inconvenience. However, guests note that this issue can be resolved by using the spacious parking lot at the neighboring souvenir shop.

Opinions about the staff are mixed: many guests describe the team as very friendly, polite, and helpful, citing an example where a forgotten item was promptly returned. On the other hand, there were complaints regarding staff indifference to noise from neighbors and issues with the booking system. In one instance, an error with the room type was resolved with a partial refund, while in another, an Agoda reservation was lost, leaving guests without accommodation during peak season.

Drinking water is provided in the rooms; however, one guest noted that only two bottles were provided for a family room accommodating four people, and when asked for more, staff stated that guests had to boil their own. The rooms are also equipped with electric kettles for making coffee and tea, complete with sugar and tea bags.

Soundproofing in some rooms leaves much to be desired. One guest complained that noise from upstairs neighbors walking loudly in the hallway all night caused the floor in the room to vibrate, making sleep virtually impossible.

The modern-style rooms (including mezzanine options) are described as very beautiful, clean, and cozy, matching guests' expectations. Some guests compare the level of comfort to that of a five-star hotel. However, there was an instance of a leak in the glass bathroom partition.

Most guests are very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms, highlighting the fresh towels. However, there are contrasting experiences: one guest reported a dirty toilet and dusty glasses. The lack of clothes hangers in the bathroom was also mentioned.

Rooms feature Smart TVs, thick blankets, and kettles. Regarding toiletries, one guest expressed disappointment that soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and toothbrushes were not provided.

There is no elevator at the hotel. Guests must use the stairs to access second-floor rooms.
