Reviews regarding the Wi-Fi are mixed. Some guests report that the signal is excellent and the internet works quickly. Others note that the connection is unstable, slow (especially during rain), or disconnects periodically.

Feedback on bed quality varies: some guests find them very comfortable and spacious enough even for three people, while others complain that the mattresses are overly firm. In some rooms, guests noticed a shortage of pillows and the complete absence of bolster pillows (guling).

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which functions well. The bathroom water heating systems work, but there are notable concerns: some guests complain about very long heating times (up to 90–120 minutes after one person uses it) and inconsistent hot water pressure.

Accessing the cabins can be challenging, as many are situated on slopes and require climbing stairs. This can be problematic for guests with heavy luggage or limited mobility, especially considering that staff members do not always offer assistance carrying bags.

The property is generally suitable for families with children, as the beds are spacious. However, there are some caveats: the trails to the waterfall and the steps leading to the cabins can be steep and slippery, requiring caution and physical effort from parents carrying children. Some guests do not recommend visiting with small children due to the rugged natural terrain and the presence of leeches in the forest.

The atmosphere is predominantly quiet, secluded, and misty, making it ideal for relaxing and escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. Guests should keep in mind that, due to the forest setting, encounters with insects and leeches are possible. Additionally, one guest noted that proximity to a nearby campsite may disrupt the quiet due to nighttime noise and morning loudspeaker announcements.
