After visiting my family in Banyumas decided to stay at Hotel New Aprillia since it had good reviews for its price and the photos looked good. But after arriving there I was deeply disappointed into frustration. The hotel workers left the hotel to pick up washed bedsheets, blankets and towels. The guests that stayed acted friendly and looked like they worked there, giving us an indication that we arrived at the wrong place. But after double checking and reading the hotel sign we were sure that we arrived at the right place. After hotel staff came back he told us that we parked at the wrong intersection since our hotel room was at a lower section… it was not indicated in the information. Arrived at the hotel rooms I was very disappointed. One room, it smelled like vomit and sewers, after checking the places in and near the room, the oly indication that I came from the ceiling, there was a small hole in the ceiling with indication thay fungus and bacteria was growing there. Furthermore the bathroom was in a bad condition, one toilet didnt work and needed to be flushed by poring water from a small bucket. But what both bathrooms shared is the inefficiency of providing warm water. There is only one small boiler in each floor, if one guest uses warm water then other guests of other hotels rooms are unable to use the necessary amount of warm water that they need.
