I am currently staying at Hotel Siti in Tangerang, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
The room has a very bad, dirty smell and there is dust everywhere. The housekeeping quality is extremely poor. The bedsheets, blankets, and pillow covers do not appear to be properly cleaned or changed, which is completely unhygienic. The toilet was also very dirty.
There is no water heater available in the entire hotel and no iron box for guests. It is mentioned that there is a restaurant on the ground floor, but it has been closed for many years, which is misleading.
The staff are not helpful at all. They do not seem to have proper knowledge and are unable to assist when guests ask for basic information or support.
I have never faced such a situation in my life. Cleanliness, proper facilities, honest information, and professional staff are the minimum standards for any hotel. I strongly urge the management to take immediate action and improve their overall service and standards.
