Novotel Tangerang

We had planned an end of holiday 2 day layover at Novotel Tangarang as it was close to the airport, but found that the hotel exceeded our expectations. The pool and garden were superb, lush, well maintained and tidy, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was great. The hotel and staff were relaxed, and the location above a mall was a fun distraction. Overall a great experience that I would do again without hesitation.

A place that truly feels like home. Excellent service from Jehan, Nur, and Arif at the Front Office — attentive, warm, and professional throughout the stay. Hari from Housekeeping Team is also very details when it comes to cleanliness. The breakfast was good, the location is great and easily accessible, and the overall experience was very memorable. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Tangerang. Keep up the great service and facilities!

Have been a regular guest at this hotel for the past five years, and it continues to be one of my favorite places to stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to the mall where you can find everything you need. The hotel offers all the essential facilities, including a pool and bar, and taxis are always easy to find.
Breakfast is a highlight of my stay — the variety of food is impressive, and the restaurant staff are consistently polite and quick to respond. This year, I had the pleasure of meeting Vero, who manages the breakfast area. She pays close attention to every guest and ensures everyone feels comfortable, even during busy conference periods when the hotel is fully booked.
The only area that could use improvement is housekeeping. At times, I’ve noticed small items missing from the room, such as towels, tissues, coffee spoons, soap, or shampoo, and I’ve had to call to request them. A more thorough check before guests arrive would make the experience even better.
Aside from that, the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I’ve also noticed a big improvement at the front desk — service used to be slow, but now it’s fast and efficient.
Overall, this hotel continues to deliver a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning again soon!

I stayed at Novotel Tangerang last week for a family staycation, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is very kids friendly on Sunday morning they had a special kids’ activity, and my children were so happy participating in it.
The hotel feels spacious and comfortable, perfect for families. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The check in experience was also impressive. The staff were very warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly.
The room view was beautiful and my kids absolutely enjoyed the stay. They didn’t even want to leave!

An exceptionally elegant hotel with outstanding service. The staff were remarkably friendly, especially Ms. Mutia at the front desk, who was professional, gracious, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The room was prepared with impeccable attention to detail, spotless in every way. A delicious piece of cake and a handwritten personal welcome note awaited me—an elegant and thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest and ALL Accor memeber.

I stayed at Novotel Tangerang for about a month, and I was very impressed with how well the hotel, rooms, and facilities have been maintained. I can confidently say this because I also stayed here for a month back in 2018, and now in 2025, the quality remains excellent.

First time staying at Novotel Tangerang. The experience has been wonderful. As an Accor member I’ve been upgraded to the suite without extra cost. And this was offered to me at their own accord. The room is huge and comes with a view.
Breakfast comes with an abundance choice and the team member by the name of Cecillia was very welcoming, aiding with my coffee request.

Stayed overnight at the hotel near airport. Very good fitness center with swimming pool allowed me to work out nicely. Food in executive lounge on top floor was okayish. Next day elaborate breakfast spread in main restaurant spoilt me with choices but most dishes were very well prepared.
Room was cozy and nice, temperature control worked well.

Staying at Novotel Tangerang was a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a beautiful city view from the upper floors. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options to suit all preferences. The location is also strategic—connected to Tangcity Mall, making it easy to find food or do some shopping. A great choice for both family vacations and business trips.

One of the best hotels in the greater Jakarta region. The pool and garden make it feel like you're in an oasis and not in a high rise. The mall is great and if you book an executive suite you may get lounge access with food and beer from 6pm.

It's very good the view and the food is very delicious. The room it's fine I like everything at all. Soaps are to close together in shower and bathroom. Gym and sauna good swimming pool small breakfast and in room dining excellent u used VIP premier lounge on a free up grade voucher on 20th floor food on lounge as excellent and replenished well little entertainment no screen sports news channels staff very well mannered polite agreeable and helpful.

Room : very clean and and very comfortable and also there is free amenities in the bathroom.
Hospitality : THE NICEST HOSPITALITY WORKERS in the world no exaggeration, very understanding very helpful.
Room service : very quick and super delicious.
Cherry on top it is near the best mall.

It was a great experience stayed at Novotel Tangerang. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was so comfy. The facilities was superb. Swimming Pool, Gym with Sauna, Kids Area, Spa. The food was delicious. Very recommended place to stay in Tangerang area.

This incredible hotel was located on Tangerang City, it side by side with mall, and this hotel get direct access to mall. Plenty F&B tenant around the hotel.
Hotel lobby quite spacious. This hotel have function room, bar, premium lounge, swimming pool, gym, sauna.
All hotel staff was superb, they were kindly and friendly, give you smile always.
The room also superb, air-con was cool, water heater are great. Everything was so good.
The breakfast have plenty option, and it was all great.
It was such a pleasure stay in Novotel Tangerang.

Room is nice, have smoking room as per request… breakfast is nice. But I do hope in future they can provide me a bidet… good facilities…, good location next to shopping mall. Staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoy my stay here…

Overall, it’s a high quality hotel with ultimately nice hospitality yet affordable price in its class. I stayed in Junior Executive Suite and my experience was incredibly good, this hotel definitely set my bare minimum how hotel and hospitality should be.
The facility was great, very responsive engineer (tech support), the concierge service also impeccable, staff was polite. Especially the security staff, I lost my wallet in this hotel, even though I’m not immediately reported it, somehow the security team manage to find it, kudos to them. Mr. Ardani as the Security Chief, assisted me finding my wallet through various means, he was cooperative, polite, humble, and incredibly helpful. Even after I leave the hotel, they didn’t leave my case cold and just ignoring my wallet but they keep searching for it and fortunately they found it.
So if your concern is about security and privacy, you don’t have to worry about a thing.
If you are looking for a perfect place to stay with nice service, room quality, hospitality, and great security. This should come first to your mind.
