The hotel has a spacious parking area where guests can freely choose a spot for their vehicle. Some visitors describe the parking as being quite large, and security staff are prompt in assisting with vehicle placement.

Opinions regarding the staff are divided. Many guests praise the employees, specifically highlighting Mr. Pondu and Ms. Lina for their friendliness, efficiency, and excellent communication when organizing corporate events. However, others complain about rudeness at the reception, a lack of smiles, and a strict approach to check-in time (exactly at 2:00 PM), even if only a few minutes remain. Queues during registration in peak seasons have also been mentioned.

Breakfasts primarily consist of local Indonesian cuisine, with Western options limited to salads and toast. Reviews regarding food quality are contradictory: some guests find the breakfasts delicious, while others describe them as "warung level" (simple street food) and complain about the limited selection. There have been instances where dishes ran out by 8:30 AM, and the service in the dining area was untidy, with dirty plates left uncollected.

Some rooms (for example, family rooms) are equipped with an electric kettle, but they are often absent in standard rooms. To obtain hot water, guests must use the common dispensers located in the corridors or the lounge. Refrigerators are also provided in the rooms and function properly, although some guests complained about unpleasant odors coming from them.

The condition of the rooms varies from good to unsatisfactory. Guests note that the beds are generally comfortable and clean, and the air conditioners work effectively. However, there are serious complaints regarding wear and tear: noisy air conditioners, dim lighting, rusty kettles, dirty floors, and unpleasant smells from the bed linen or wardrobes. The view depends heavily on the room category. Superior or Standard rooms often have windows facing the corridor. Meanwhile, Deluxe, Suite, and family rooms offer magnificent panoramic views of the sea, which guests describe as spectacular and romantic.

Entry into the water is characterized by a large number of stones and corals, which can be dangerous for feet and hands. During strong waves, the shoreline becomes even narrower.

The hotel is very family-oriented and is considered child-friendly. For children, there are swimming pools with slides, an indoor air-conditioned playground in the lobby, and access to a private beach for playing in the sand. Guests note that children enjoy spending time here very much.

The premises include a fitness center, billiards, a mini-cinema, and many picturesque photo spots, including a wooden bridge and a café on the upper terrace. For active recreation, water sports such as "banana boat" rides are offered, as well as boat trips for sunset watching. Fishing is also available along the coast.
