Beautiful hotel and warm staff… good a la Carte food.

This hotel has definitely improved their quality of service and cleanliness since the last time I stayed here back in early 2017. Clean and spacious rooms, great view of the ocean (especially from the restaurant outdoor seating! ), nice pool by the ocean, strategically located right on the main street, a few recommended restaurants right next door. There’s also an ATM center in the parking lot. Definitely a recommended place to stay in Kupang.

Nice hotel with large rooms and good prices. Wide menu of room service available. Hotel has a pool on the sea side. The beach near the hotel it not for bathing though. Airpory pick up and drop off ia available for free. Use it, as a taxi will cost 70k rupiah, or some 4.50 euro. That's a room service beer in savings.

On of the best option to stay at Kupang. You can enjoy sunset from the room or from the swimming pool. It located near the beach. There are also many restaurant around. Nice place to enjoy your day or enjoy the sunset.

This hotel is one of the 'to go to' hotels in Kupang. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Our rooms were minimally designed and clean. We were also treated with the gorgeous view of the blue sea right outside of our hotel window. They also offer a beautiful backyard with a clean pool by the sea. A great place to enjoy peaceful holiday accompanied by sunset and sunrise.

Just realise that this hotel next to christian cemetery lot. But nothing creepy happens anyway. So stay happy.

Nice place but food quality, variety and quantity need improvement.

The hotel room is getting old, the aircon not cold enough even I put 18c, the breakfast is less variety compare my last visit 2-3 visit previous,, please improve it.

Spent a night here With beachview room Cleanliness was above average Staffs were very helpful Facilities were good, but need to improve the fitness centre.

Nice view and I really like the breakfast here. However, the TV cable is not interesting. But most of all this is an under-rated 4 star hotel!

I deeply in love with their beach view and that was my fav first sight! When you arrive at their lobby, the security will help you carry your luggage to your room (after you check in). -their breakfast taste : good. (relative) -room clean : 4/5 -service : 4/5 -gym : mini gym -view : 10/5 hahaha! I really love it! they have beautiful mini garden beside their swimming pool. The gate as the access to the beach will open at 6.30am. And you can walking or jogging around outside because there's a long path jogging track also just sit and enjoy the view. ♥ There are stairs down to reach the beach and I think you're allowed to swim, unfortunately the beach is undergoing tide when I was there.

I had to change the room. First, I got room 202 (if I'm not mistaken the number). Based on my request, I enter the room by myself. No one taking me there and show me around.
The windows is just directly up to the swimming pool. So noisy, with a lot of guests played in the swimming pool. And the bed sheets are dirty. Few spots in the (supposedly) white sheet.
And I found an opened mineral water bottled in cupboard, near the door. Not together with the other seale…d bottle above the refrigerator.
My first assumption was that someone just took a quick nap in that room.
I directly complained to Duty Manager in charge, and d way she handled me, asking the housekeeper about d matter in front of me, according to my knowledge, is not professional: like blaming other people. That's also the impression I got, since I got no direct response from her.
And yes, I check in under myself: one person. Which then I got everything provided only for 1 person: one set of toiletries, one towel, 1 bottle of water, 1 free breakfast, etc etc. Honestly, this is my first time experiencing a 4 stars hotel policy like this. Then, they moved me to room 341.
The sheet is still dirty. I found 3 spots in that white sheet. Found spot in the hole inside the closet too.
But the Duty Manager already excused by saying that it's d laundry fault that out of their power to change, without any offer to change it to the cleaner one. Hahaha.
