It is a friendly budget hotel with a moderate breakfast value fr money and near to ferry terminal of harbour bay.

Budget priced hotel with nice rooms decked out in citrus-themed colours within walking distance from Harbourbay Ferry terminal and immigration. No room fridge or kettle — but cheap Starbucks nearby if you need tea/coffee… Breakfast is basic, no-frills buffet style — but staff are friendly and helpful.
Hotel taxi service to Nagoya Hill is cheap and efficient too. Would stay here again whenever landing at Harbourbay.

Good location, near harbour bay Jetty, cheap except no fridge. Though u can request from room service.

It a 2 Star Hotel. Overall the hotel and its room is clean but there is no hair dryer and mini fridge in the room. Breakfast choice is limited.

Decent room and toilet for a 3 star hotel. Customer service was excellent. However, I bought a magnum from the lobby Cafe and it turned out to be bad (vanilla turned sour already) despite expiry not due in a few year. I cna assume it to be an one time off thing. It is otherwise a fantastic budget hotel with decent location.

Clean rooms and great view but the restaurat was not that spacious so it was hard to get around and also one of the two lifts was under maint. During my 2 night stay so queing was long.

Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. A perfect hotel if you want to go to Singapore for just a day because the hotel is located beside the port.

Hotel location is near to Harbour Bay Pier, walking distance about 5 to 10 mins. As I check in the counter staffs and the security is very polite and helpful. When got into the rooms is clean and tidy. Surrounding there are eatery place and shopping mall with cinema. All are just walking distances very convenient. In future if I will go Batam I will definitely book Zest hotel and also recommend to my friends and relatives.

Budget hotel but come with better in room equipments. Definitely worth the try.

Spacious room, looks clean, hotel empolyee are very friendly, room service food is pretty good.

Location was good. Near the port and harbour bay which sells pretty decent seafood. Convenience stores are nearby for any late night snacks.

Budget hotel yang oke la buat tidur. Pintu kamar mandinya ga ada pengunci nya. Deket sama Harbour Bay. Cocok untuk wisatawan yang ingin menyeberang ke Singapore. Sarapannya minim variasi, maklum hotel bintang 2 hehe.

Great location just 5mins walk to Harbour Bay ferry terminal. Room ok, simple & clean, bad on sound proofing can hear people walk & talk along corridor. Service ok, nice staff, they don't provide shower cap, only hand soap & toothbrush. Hair dryer you can request from room service.

Basic budget hotel, full house during our stay, breakfast a bit messy, seems like staff out of hands to handle the total qty of guests. Room itself not bad (for the price). 1 big minus point for me is the room sound proofing isnt good, can hear people walking around in the corridors, closing (banging) their doors, etc.

This is very nice and cheapest hotel then singapore. Very clean and nearest to harbour way port. Just 5 min. Throug walk.

Zest has become like my home away from home. I enjoy traveling and see different cities and countries but after while you do get sometime restless so I come to Zest to rest. To me Zest is a top star hotel who cares about their customer. Again thank you for being here and making my stay peaceful and restful. I also enjoy the food and room service.

Clean room and a walk away from habourbay terminal. Theres plenty of cabs around the area to get around. Friendly hotel staff Though the water pressure isn't constant and you will get a hot and cold shower.

Good hotel for traveller with low budger. The room too small.

The room was good. But there was no fridge n kettle. But just for one day, if longer stay will choose other hotels with facility.

Clean and budget. Great for fuss free traveller's who want a clean room to sleep in and simple chow on the morning before heading out.

I always love the budget smart hotel concept. It's cheap, clean and serves all the basic needs. You can see Singapore across the ocean in the morning, but too bad the view was clouded by the dumpster and construction works.

A place you can seek a moment. With your love or collague… a little bay with gratefull view … a panorama for clear sunset. Pick the bay city live seafood. Food Place (in evening) Price Simple place for re place your mood — especially for sunset every april each year.

This ferry terminal is the nearest to Nagoya Hill, Batam. From this terminal it takes 30 mins walk, 5 mins drive to Nagoya. Many eateries around here. There are 2 major ticket offices. However there are very few seats in the waiting area. A hypermarket is in it's vicinity. Major hotels are also available nearby.

A simple ferry terminal. Limited sitting location and manual boarding at the gate. Place is small and simple.

My second visit and its very dissapointing and I checked out the same day. Wrote feedback on my 1st visit regards to the stinky bath towel. No changes when I visit them for the 2nd time. And this time worst. My room shower water heater is not working at all! Bed are dusty n strains of hair all over the bed. Yucks! Please bring your own towel if u want to try stay here. No next time anymore for me to this hotel.
