Just a standard 3 star boutique hotel in Batam. Staff are friendly and willing to assist for service recovery. Facilities, features and layouts rather run down. Value for money auto include with breakfast.

The smell of the hotel as one walks in is amazing. I wished the same was for each room level. The carpets on room level looked old. The room level smelled of smoke although it was a non-smoking level. The room is clean and neat. Hotel does not provide face towels though. Internet access may be lagged at times. Breakfast served at 6am was not warm surprisingly. Hotel only started placing the food warmers at 7am. Two calls to housekeeping and same request put in at reception before finally receiving additional towel and floor mat.

Overall a good stay, friendly and helpful front desk, rooms are clean, towels are clean. Wi-Fi is fast and connection was stable. Love the quirky quotes on the toiletries too. Areas for improvement include better food for the price (it was easier and cheaper to order via Go-Jek), housekeeping to have better attention to detail (we found a dead roach in our room after housekeeping was done), the lifts are a tad too small (fits around 4 with luggage so always try to ask for a higher floor so you don't have to wait for the next lift) and the coolers in the rooms don't work so our drinks weren't chilled (they don't have refrigerators in deluxe twin and grand deluxe rooms)

This is the 1st time I am experiencing this. I have been to batam for so many times but this is 1 of the worst experience I have in De Vienna. You dnt only need to keep your valuables in the safe box but also you entertainments such as monopoly deal and what ever games you bring over. We went out for shopping and called for housekeeping, the moment we came back our peanuts "unopened" is gone, entertainment game card gone and drinks that we bought as well. But this time I am seriously disappointed. I dnt feel safe for them to enter my room to clear up the place after I am leave the room to have some fun shopping. During my second day of stay I have to ensure that all our things is kept in the safe box before we even leave. After that I got to find out that my friend previously lost his money in that same hotel. I am not sure if I would recommend anyone to this hotel.

Recommended by a friend. Was susprised to find out it was a 3 star rated hotel but the room was beyomd expectations! Staff were friendly, breakfast is highly recommended. Wifi working well, worth every penny!

Nice night view from the room. Nice location and variety of delicious local food nearby. Room is clean, staff are friendly, normal breakfast.

This is my first stay with my family. Room very neat and safe box with digital password and mini cool bar available in good condition. Bed and pillows are very soft and clean. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Nagoya shopping mall walkable distance only. Hotel nearby lot of street food stalls available with decent price and taste. Breakfast excellent with lot of varieties.

I would give this hotel 4 star The lobby of the hotel is not so big. The room I stayed is just OK. Not too big and not too small. It has wardrobe, something which is often missing in city hotels. The room is quite clean. The bathroom is also clean. The staff arr. Ice and friendly. The check in process is quote quick. But in such a hot weather, a welcome drink or free drink water in tje lobby would make it better.

Da Vienna Boutique. This is my first time stay in this hotel. Cleanliness 7, front desk service 7, personeel friendliness 8. Helpfulness 7. Location 8. Food 6. Price 7. I dont admit the parking lot space.

Gym is inadequate. Breakfast is good with wide variety and pretty nice tasting. Generally place is clean. Towers are fragant and fluffy. Massage place is serene and soothing.

Clean Rooms. Nice features. Good location. Walking distance for foods, minimart and also near to Nagoya Mall. But, downside on asking for clothes iron thou. Waited till the next day and also no iron board. Other that all, its good :)

Simple hotel with few amenities (gym, sauna). Room is small but comfortable and clean. Sufficient international breakfast spread provided, but mediocre in taste. Overall a pleasant stay, worth it to stay given the price.

Very good service, hotel staffs were kind and helpful. Nice room, good bed and smooth linen. Hot water pot and mini fridge were fully function. Bathroom with hot water and toilet seat with self wash. Bathroom amenities are there although not complete (no hair comb and shaver). Breakfast are complete, western and Asian cuisine are served there in their restaurant. Will be back there when in Batam.

Checked in hotel to stay for 3 days & 2 nights. Quite a clean hotel with pleasant hotel staff. Superior Room was just nice for couple. Wi-Fi connection excellence with no hiccup on every floor. Breakfast which is inclusive serves a buffet spread of nice food. A plus point where you have the staff to serve you the hot drinks. You can have other meals at shops or restaurant just a walking distance from hotel. Besides the hotel there are several seafood restaurant. Love the grilled fish… Hotel is a 10 minutes walk to Nagoya Mall and other amenities. Quite satisfying stay…

Best feature of this hotel is its location. Delicious seafood & local stalls are found right beside the hotel. Cheap & yummy All staff are very professional! Excellent service! Many have raved about their hotel breakfast. We find it alright only. Some dishes are a tad too salty. Pastries/bread are not nice/fluffy. … The worst experience for this stay was the smoke smell. Though we were on the non-smoking floor, our entire room reek of cigarette smell the entire night. Perhaps it's due to their aircon system (it's centralised aircon like those in malls/office bldgs), instead of those individual AC unit per room. Perhaps some guests smoked despite being on the non-smoking floor/room. As we are travelling with an 1-year-old, this really put us off. Will not recommend this hotel to our friends who are travelling with kids.

Great buffets, Super friendly staffs. Cosy rooms. The carpets along the walkways did have some smell and minimal dust in room. Overall the plce is awesome.

The interior of the rooms are pretty well furnished and clean. The breakfast served are delicious and there's a lot to choose from. The staffs are friendly and respond well to any issues.

The room was spacious. Large bed. We didn't hear the traffic outside. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Lots of choices. From sweet to salty. Great variety.

Check in, friendliness and service are good. The hotel is a bit out of the ordinary and can be renovated. The location is OK, I had a very quiet room.
Tax is available. Tomb and Co. Are therefore not happy to be seen. But is so everywhere in Batam.

Plus points: Close to Nagoya Hill shopping mall and if you're a daring traveler who wishes to walk there, you can do so. It's a 7-10 mins walk away. Though was upgraded from a junior suite to a superior suite, we decided to get a smoking room. When we open the room, the room was bursting with cigarette scent that was making my eyes tear. We then realize that this is a smoking floor. So all the ventilation probably was linked together. One of the TV remotes was spoiled, the bedroom sink didn't have a water stopper, bathtub was stained, the shower drain wasn't working (it flood every-time we showered), the wardrobe door was opening by itself (the screw was loose) and there was no mini fridge, there was only a food cooler (it is only meant to keep food fresh *not cold*). When we called for a bucket of ice so that we can cool our drinks, they charged us 20, 000 IDR. Overall, I would not go back again just because of the cleanliness we experienced in the room we had.

Quiet weekday stay away from the weekend rush, so our rooms were available for us though we were several hours early, though it was during the holiday period. Da Vienna is located just a 5-10 minute stroll from Nagoya Hill Mall, very convenient for your typical Batam activities. The hotel also had taxis ready on standby to take you anywhere you want. Breakfast was good, with decent variety (though the omelettes were just okay). The staff was helpful and friendly, and checkout was a quick, painless affair.

Hot water doesn't work really well. Doesn't have lot of variety for breakfast menu. But it is really close to the shopping center.

What can I say… never regret staying at this hotel. Front desk service with a smile. The front desk reception remember my name and my preference what I like and don't like. Have done a few birthdays event there. Trust me mai kong dex bo jio strongly recommend you to stay here. Services is awesome and also the breakfast was fabulous.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my friend. Upon check in, only one person was registered to the room (my name). During the course of our stay, my friend got locked out of our room while I was out. She tried asking the receptionist for an extra key but because her name wasn't registered, they couldn't give her access to our room. When we checked in, the bedsheet had cigarette burns on it. We are a hotelier ourselves, and we always try our best to empathize with the staffs. So we didnt make a fuss about it as we understand that this little things can be overlooked. The hotel has lost its beauty. The bathrooms we're moldy. There were specks of moulds that were clearly visible. And the bathroom door was the moldiest. Maybe the management would want to look into this. In room dining, we left our plates outside the room when we were leaving the hotel at about 4pm. We were shocked to come back at 1am to see that the dirty plates outside our room haven't been cleared yet. It has left a very terrible smell on the corridor of our room as we noticed that the leftovee food from the room next to us were getting bad. Breakfast was located at level 3. Great food, great ambience but again, the service was not up to standards. When we came in, we weren't told where to sit. Okay, its not busy so we just picked a seat anywhere. When we were seated, the tables weren't set. After we take our food and came back to the table, still no one bothered to set the table.

Nice place, clean and tidy. Room service good, massage service nice, convinient to massage place. Will visit again.

Location of the hotel is pretty ideal (walking distance to Nagoya Shopping Mall), staff are generally helpful and room service is pretty good.

Close to shopping Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Walking distance to local food coffee shop. Friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Only the hotel too close to the other building in between rather no privacy if curtain is drawn for sunlight.

Convenient location, good service, spacious rooms, good selection of breakfast. We had a hotel driver named Iwan that was very helpful and gave great suggestions.

One of the better hotels in Batam. Located just a 10min walk away from Nagoya Hill Mall. Professional security team ensuring safety, clean rooms, room service, friendly and patient staff. The restaurant buffet choice was somewhat lacking though. Other than that, totally enjoyed my stay. 10/10 will be back if I ever return to Nagoya Hill area.

Lovely hotel with good breakfast, worth the value and best recommended with nearby eateries and Nagoya Mall is ten minutes walk away. I even took their spa package which was great. One of the best spa sessions I had for just Rp 345, 000 (S$35~S$37)

Nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and speak English. We booked 3 big rooms and ine of the room air conditioning was not working well and my friend requested to change. They only offer them a smaller room instead. Then they refund the room difference rate but it is not happening.

Belongings gone missing after house keeping. Personal Facial wash and tooth paste place in toilet gone miss. But they did not take our body wash. 1 litre vodka, 2 bottle sprite and biskit place in their provided fridge gone missing and left only our own vitagen. Proposal roses paid and provided from hotel also gone missing, yet ballon and decoration still in the room. Yet staff only said did not see those missing stuff. Wth is with their integrity here.

New boutique style hotel. Location is a little far from Nagoya plaza (10 minute walk). Rooms are nice, and staff were friendly.

Good location, good service and room. We stayed for 2 nights and I liked the location since it was close to a huge clothes departmental store as well as a Ikan Bakar stall (bbq fish) which is at the left side of the hotel.

Simple, clean and friendly. The first thing that I will do everytime I check-in into a hotel is to make sure that the bathroom is clean with good running hot & cold water and the room smells pleasant. The rest i. E A/C, the bed, carpeting and room set-up etc.

Hi I planned for a company retreat and before I confirmed the booking I went to your website to ensure there is a swimming pool. However to my big disappointment, your hotel did not have a swimming. Please look at your website and it showed there is a swimming pool. My staffs love to swim and we actually plan for some pool games. This is the most set back for the part of the retreat. The staffs are very very friendly and helpful. Always greet us. Make us feel at home and enjoy the lounge service too. We had a great time with the band was entertaining. Invited us to sing along. Counter staffs at the front desk was not too helpful and not friendly. Gave the sulky face. Maybe under staff during check in peak time. The counter staff from the lounge was commendable when we asked for jug and bowl for our games. She is very friendly. Spa is nice and the masseuse knows conducted her skill well. I was very confortable and refreshing after the massage. Highly recommended to try this Spa. Please take down the picture with the swimming pool from your website. It was very serious as I was questioned by my bosses why my planning was bad.

Staff is friendly and polite. Newly built hotel, tiptop cleanliness. Strategic location about 5-10mins walk to Nagoya hill mall. Foodstalls available nearby hotel. Wide breakfast spread. Spa caters to both adult and kid, so kiddy could indulge in fruity bubble bath too. Worth every penny spent. A recommended boutique hotel to stay.

New, nice and clean hotel. Had a couple of blackouts during my three day stay, but generally quickly resolved. Staff spoke English and was helpful. Breakfast was a good spread by local standards.

If you are checking in on the weekend including sunday, be prepare to wait for your room past 2pm. It is understood that most hotel are fully booked on friday and saturday. Hotel is nice and value for money except I paid for an additional 15 y. O kid that cost 56% more for 2 nights stay. It means for 2 nights, would have cost me 880k rupiah instead but for an additional kid, it cost me 1.38mil rupiah. The service were friendly and staff are well trained based on hotel standards. Location is very near Nagoya and we used to walk to Nagoya hills shopping area. Room is clean and nice, without bath tub. I would recommend anyone on this budget to try it out.
