Bali Hotels with a Pool

I’m not exaggerating when I say this has been the best experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect.

It’s a wonderful place to stay at one with yourself and reflect.

We stayed at this villa yesterday for our friend’s birthday and it completely exceeded our expectations. The villa is huge – it even has a tennis court where we had so much fun playing with friends.

We book this villa and is just INCREDIBLE!

I really liked DeMunut. From here I was able to walk to the usual Ubud hotspots like the monkey forest, Ubud Palace, even the ARMA (bit of a trek but doable).

Absolutely love this resort. We came back the second time just recently after 7 years. Most of the staff where the same smiley, helpful and kind locals.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Ubud. Located at the edge of the city center so it is very nice and peaceful here. It's also located right on the edge of the river and all views look into nature.

Flawless experience, in every way you can expect and more ways you didn’t know you n you needed! Rooms were in ‘perfect’ condition at all times, and maintained to that standard daily.

Slightly further from the busier shops but close to monkey forest still very well located.

Perfectly located at the two rivers junction, Ibah is a small oasis resort that has amazing rooms and is an easy walk to the fantastic restaurants in main village, across the river and tothe Campuhan

We stayed in a suite at Ibah Ubud during our trip to Ubud from December 24–27, 2025, and truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

Incredible hotel, we had 5 nights here, the staff are super friendly and so helpful. We were able to get the shuttle when required, breakfast was delicious and rooms cleaned as frequently as needed.

What a wonderful stay and experience we had at this beautiful place in Ubud. The team were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. They were always smiling and always willing to help.

Generally a nice hostel in a good area. Also it wasn't a 28 dorm room, more several rooms with 6 bed dorms.

Ala's Green Lagoon ticks all the boxes.
It is located in central Ubud within easy walking distance to restaurants, markets, and the cultural and social activities Ubud has to offer.

A True Ubud Gem: Rice Paddies Meets Central Convenience!

Overall the experience was very good. The location is in a village which is tranquil, relaxing, some good resto, coffee, spa around. It is also quite close to the center so easy to go back and forth.

We spent 7 nights at this place, and it was amazing! It is a beautiful balinese style, family run hotel, with an amazing tropical garden.

There are three Ketut’s properties in Ubud: the B&B, the Cottage, and the one in Penestanan. Since the last one isn’t listed on TripAdvisor, I’m leaving my comment here.

My family and I stayed here in November for approximately two weeks and booked three rooms. From the moment we arrived, our experience was very pleasant and comfortable.

I have stayed at Samas many times and always feel welcomed by the staff. The rooms are pristine, the gardens are beautiful and it is very quiet at night.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly.

Really friendly staff and it’s far enough oit of Ubud to not be loud and busy. The road can get pretty backed up on your way in but everywhere in Bali is like this now.

This is the gem in Ubud center, the location is just five minutes walk to Ubud center but you are like staying in the quietness of nature. They have four rooms and each is separated.

Beautiful and very peaceful, all rooms facing the jungle and valley, only have four rooms and the all rooms are well equipped with fridge, coffee tea. Rooms are spacious and have own private terrace.

Stayed for one night to celebrate our anniversary. It was a last minute booking but the staff were able to accomodate and provided beautiful decorations on our bed.

Our time at LaMeli Villa was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The environment was wonderfully calm and serene, providing the perfect setting for our family to unwind and relax together.

For the final leg of my Bali trip I chose to stay in the city.

In all my years of traveling, this has to be one of the top accommodations I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

Amazing experience! If you are looking for a resort or a 5-star, this is not it. However, it is a really nice boutique hotel with some really nice and helpful staff.

We are a family of 5 and loved this little hotel.
Rooms were big enough to fit us all and very clean. Service was great, staff lovely, nice pool and overall lovely vibe.

Room: 5 — Room was EXTREMELY clean, the floor was shining from how clean it was, bathroom was spotless, very modern look to the room and an amazing view from the balcony.

Is right next to paddy rice fields… found some really nice staff and some rude too.

I stayed at this villa for three nights to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It’s in a very quiet location, with some great restaurants nearby.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I had the pleasure of meeting wyan, ketut and another lovely man. Fab breakfast served at your requested time each morning in the space of your own villa.

Really enjoyed the place, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The pool is nice on really hot days but ours was very in the shade so quite cold on cloudy days.

Rooms were not bad, although quite obvious the fight with humidity was lost. But one cannot ask for wonders. Ask for a de-humidifier, to make sure your rooms stay dry.

I love this hostel. We stayed at a 6 person dorm. Large and soft beds. The room smelled great.

We were so happily surprised arriving here, we have an amazing room with spatious beds and lockers. The toilets and showers are great and everything is so clean!

Lovely rooms, staff, bed and location.
Pillows were quite big and hard, softer would of been nice. They were kind to let me move rooms when I extended my stay.

We have extended 3 times, chose this one over a four star hotel which we had left again, just to come back to this place and extend the fourth time lol.

Location very good. Walking distance to all attractions. Overviews rice fields. Room and bathroom big, very clean and comfortable, but kind of mold smell could be found for more sensitive people.

Excellent place to stay while you are in ubud… Great service and breakfast options. Rooms are pretty neat and spacious.
**The approach is only bike way but it's walkable distance from main road.
