For the money, best in the area. Bedding is changed and smells clean, the rooms need a splash of pain, other than that, great 👍

All fine. I think good hotel for its money. Fair enough. Good if you are budgeting. Staff is nice and helpful. Clean. AC working. Shower is available. Swimming pool available. Sea is nearby.

Great value for this price.
They even have their own hot springs so you don't need to go to 500k to another place.
Hosts are great, Ketut and her family are so welcoming.

There's a lake close by that's perfect for rock tossing and just enjoying the view! There's also a nice little pool in the middle of the villa.

I honestly don’t understand why this hotel has received low ratings. Yes, the bed is a bit firm, but given the affordable rate, it’s unrealistic to expect a luxury mattress like King Koil.

The place is nice, but needs a lot of maintenance. It's a bit far from Ubud market. The location and atmosphere are good. The air conditioning didn't work well and it was too humid.

What can I say that other reviews have not. This place is just perfect for a chilled out getaway.
Amazing gardens full of life, frogs, birds, bugs and more. Don't worry the bugs don't attack you.

Swan Inn Hotel is my go-to place whenever I stay in Ubud! It’s incredibly affordable, with rates ranging from 300k to 500k a night, and still offers amazing value for money.

Basic hotel, value for money, good location.
Bring your own toiletries.
Be prepare to walk the stairs if you get 3rd floor. Sound insulation also not very good.

Absolutely loved this place, first family holiday to bali with 11 of us and we all fit comfortably. Rooms were great staff were pleasant and friendly with every interaction and it was a good price.

This place is so cozy, it felt like home. The pool is also very clean and fun. The Host Kadek was welcoming and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Room is good. Balcony is there. But they gave 2nd floor room. Staircase is not proper. Safety issue. Chances of slip is there after rain. Plug points are not usual one. No TV is give.

Very quiet place in middle of rice fields 15mins from Ubud. Very nice staff which drove me around to see the area. Excellent banana pancakes!

A great villa for a big family/ group of friends to spend time together! Has 6 rooms in total, 2 with a bathtub.
Also a private movie theatre, need your personal sign-in to OTT.

The place was great. However the entrance was small and you need to be careful with the parked motorcycles at the entrance.

Great location if you want to be in the Center of Ubud — still so quiet and peaceful. 10/10 for the staff, super friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Uluwatu as a staycation getaway from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak, where I reside.

I came here with my friend, and we really enjoyed. Good services, the room is super quiet super nice! Amazing views!

We booked for 13 people. It was for a 21st. Im pretty sure our group might have been a bit of a headache but the staff remained courteous, friendly and professional.

Lived here for more than 8 months and I have to say that this hotel is very nice.
When most of the hotel near double six is loud and busy, this little gem is very private and quiet.
