In my opinion, when you first arrive at a place, it's the warm welcome that matters. I don't really care about the facilities or other things, because I booked the hotel to sleep, rest, and shower. So as long as the bed and bathroom are fine, it's fine for me. Trust me, if you choose this hotel, it will be worth what you pay for it. And to the team there, I know English isn't your first language, but I understand that very well. I know you're trying to speak even though it's difficult, but that's good for you. Keep learning.

This hotel is worth the price! Although it is inexpensive, the location is not too busy or crowded with the hustle and bustle of the Seminyak area. I really enjoyed my vacation in Seminyak at Cove Tevana. I will come back with my husband later. Thank you to the Tevana and Seger teams who always asked about us every day 🤍

I went to Bali for business in the morning and enjoyed the afternoon at the beach with my family after work. Tevana made my vacation memorable with affordable prices. Staying for four nights with my family was something I didn't think would be extraordinary because I was working, but this place made everything perfect. With prices like that, you can't expect too much. There are no safety deposit boxes in the rooms, but that wasn't an issue for me, as my wife was always in the room while I worked. Thank you to the housekeeping staff and receptionists who worked together to make our short trip memorable.

Was nice staying here for a week, strategic place, friendly staffs, cool pool, cool room. Cleanliness is okay overall. Need to improve on the bathroom, last few days the hot water is not running, there was a small roach too, and the faucet is quite hard to turn on.

So disappointed with this booking. The shower in Room 204 had no hot water. We raised this to the staff who tried to be very friendly (in a robotic manner) about it but could do nothing about it. I asked for a change of room, and he said the place was fully booked (note Room 101 seemed to be available? The room was used by staff). I requested for a partial refund, to which he said he will check with his manager. The manager was fast asleep and I never got an answer. He mentioned that a technician will come onsite at 7am to address the issue. Another staff said he was not sure when the technician will come. When I checked out at 11am the next day, the technician did not come at all. I had to dip a towel into the sink with hot water to clean myself after a hot night out, and the next day I showered in a spa shop.
It's a decent hotel and the staff tried their best to handle a situation that was out of their control but I am extremely disappointed at the maintenance of the rooms and poor handling of the situation. I would have liked a partial refund but I doubt the manager would do anything about it. I wish the next customers of Room 204 good luck — maybe you like ice baths and this would be the best for you.

Terrible service. The hotel staff may appear to have the Bali hospitality but don’t be fooled — they just spit out memorised phrases, but when real problems crop up, they have nothing to show. The shower had no hot water (this is one of the essentials of a room! ), and the staff were understandably ill equipped to deal with it. Fine, so we asked for compensation or a room switch because we desperately needed a shower after a whole day of travelling. Nope. Nothing offered. Only repeated statements that they have to check with the manager and that this was beyond their expertise. And I do not even have to mention that their ‘technician’ or manager did NOT arrive at all to help to resolve the problem, even the next day. Beware! I have little faith that this problem will be resolved until the next customer stays in the room for a longer period than us. We have checked out after 1 night and are never going back again.

The hotel is not only beautifully designed and in a great location, but what truly made my experience unforgettable were the amazing staff. Very excellent place! definitely WOULD COME BACK for a night or two! its very close to a gelato, the beach and also mexicola. Rooms is clean, service is perfect. Its also have sharing kitchen! the pool is clean. Atmosphere was very good although its nearby the beach its really not noisy and so peaceful. The price is so affordable too, I suggest to book it directly to Cove itself to get better price 🥰 see you Cove Tevana!

Great place to stay! It’s my second time. Rooms are great — large, comfy bed with nice smelling sheets. Clean. Pretty outlook of garden and pool. Nice pool! Understated just a really nice person at reception who helps you check in with bags — so simple in that way. Great location for my fave restaurants, coffee and resorts. It’s VERY good value for money. They are accommodating with early check in. Will be back :) thank you for having me 🙏

I was a bit afraid cause read some bad reviews but I really like the rooms. Clean, quiet street, good Wi-Fi and green outside. I think it’s good value for the money.

Gustu is very helpful and friendly. He is very efficient and professional in his approach on his work. The rooms are very clean.

Don't ever come here. I made reservation and after 3mins I had to cancel it because of some issues. They refused to do it and just took the money. Pure scammers.

Not recommended. Room had cockroaches on different days and there were a lot of little mosquitos in the room as well.
Bed sheets didn't look that clean too.

We are a domestic tourist so this might relate to you or none at all because lets face it, foreign tourist seems to have more previlige than the local but here it goes.
Our stay is excelent and we would like to thanks the staff who works there, place is clean and spotless. AC is cold in the hot and humid weather which feels really great coming back from the outside.
Staff helps with the luggage and all of our request, very helpful.
Room is quite spacious, the bed is like a square so its probably 200x200cm, its a big win for us considering we have a 3 years old who loves to roll over in her sleep.
The street to get to the hotel is a bit narrow, but it can fit 1 or 2 car depending on the track. People usually just use bike here anyway so it might doesn't matter.
Turns out we book for a year before and the reservation is still on so I don't understand what the other guy with a good deal that got cancelled is saying, they keep ours.
Oh and we got a good deal on the stay so obviously a top notch place to stay.
They have water dispenser on the 2nd floor so you can fill up and didnt get dehydrated in the hot humid weather.

We have been 2 days and everything is perfect. The staff is very friendly. The reception boy 10/10!
