We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
I just checked in, but the room I booked did not meet my expectations. Online, it clearly stated that the room included a bathtub and a pool view. However, upon arrival, there was no bathtub and no pool view.
The staff’s explanation was also unreasonable. It was clearly displayed during the online booking that all these facilities were included, yet the reality was different. The receptionist said that room selection through online booking is not their responsibility but the marketing department’s. This is very unprofessional, and no action was taken to resolve the issue.
Our first night arriving in Bali was very disappointing. We hope the management will seriously follow up on this matter.
