Hu’u Villas is located in a very safe and central area, surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, and souvenir shops.

Had a great time staying in this hotel with our own private pool for 3 nights. Great service and value for money!

What an amazing Villa in the heart of Seminyak, close to all the key restaurants, bars and clubs. You need to get past the Peppers security but we never felt unsafe regardless.

Everything about our stay at Villa Sipo was amazing! The location, beautiful villa, gardens, pools and plenty of space for kids and adults to enjoy.

An amazing hotel with amazing people. Staff cannot do enough for you. In the heart of seminyak. Food is lovely and rooms very clean and well kept.

The good: the staff and service were impeccable. Always helpful and attended to all requests. The food at the two restaurants were good, specifically at the Japanese restaurant.

Great location the hotel/villa is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and bodywork massages and amazing staff.

I have tried several times to stay in the Seminyak area, Bali. And finally, I found the most complete villa with a private pool and jacuzzi, which is Villa Kayu Raja.

Very nice mid-level hotel. Close enough to the hustle and bustle of seminyak's main strip but far away enough to have peace and quiet. The staff are kind and professional, check in was a breeze.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Visala Boutique Suites for a week, and it was a truly satisfying experience.

So happy to stay here with all my big family 18 people. Walking distance to everywhere at Seminyak.

This 9 bedrooms villa is very ideal for a group. We will come back again next holiday.

Stayed at Kamaniiya Petitenget Seminyak and it was such a comfortable base in Bali. The location is strategic — close to Petitenget spots and still quiet enough to rest properly.

Lovely loft and location is perfect. But need renovation of the bathrooms and hot water system.

Service was so kind and hospitable. I was feeling unwell and they assisted with late checkout and offered medicine.
Location is quiet and no construction while only a few mins to main road.

Great location. Central Seminayk (village/markets/shopping center) is about a 20min walk and only minutes by bike or car (depending on traffic).

Awesom hotel with very spacious rooms with all amenities, roof top swimming pool and restaurant serving delicious breakfast; though vegetarian dishes are limited but sufficient.

Its near food streets, drinking places and about 15-20mins walk to the beach.

This place is fantastic for cozy stay with no noise around. Very secure area with nice environment. The place is near to the shore but Bali shores are not mind blowing like Lombok.

A simple, quiet yet very well located budget hotel.
On our first night, our room was 'invaded' by a family of rats in the ceiling. Terrible, but this can happen in older, and tropical environments.

The service was very good. We were taken care of very well.

Stayed here in October 2024 and booked both their villas as we had 11 adults, 5 kids (ages from 9months — 5 years).
Villas were down the end of a little street which made it feel very private.

The best service you'll ever receive. The staff comes in to clean your villa and replace the mosquito coils daily. The food is all halal. The views are beautiful.
