Nuansa Penida Hostel

They have gone far to give you a memorable stay with the aircon, swim pools plus large twel, sunset drinks and food discount and breakfast. Only lacks hot shower and transport from boats but it qas only a half hour walk or you can rent scooter near the boats. Wi-Fi was great and in room lockers were done well.

The room was dirty, the bathroom disgusting and with horrible smell constantly, staff was not helpful or present at all, we arrive and the room had no towels and no one gave us one in the whole first day, the included breakfast is not good, and worst of all, they offer laundry service so we send our clothes and they came HUMID, SMELLING AND STAINED! At least 10 white items with orange stains, we talk to them and they say “they were like this before” but very convenient they had no pictures of it. Staff was very disappointing solving this and still is, all the ruined clothes cost more than our whole stay and they haven’t been taking responsibility AT ALL.

This hostel is great, until now the best hostel I stayed in Indonesia. Clean, great staff, good breakfast (it would be better to have more options, to not repeat the same every day as I stayed a week), good location (near the center), good Wi-Fi (to work remotely). They offer welcome drink, and free cocktails on their restaurant with stunning sunset point.

This is not a hostel… it’s THE BEST hostel I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot as a backpacker.
Rooms are big and cleans. Beds very comfortable with all the necessities close by.
Big 2 swimming pools.
Everyday shuttle to a nearby restaurant with a nice view and you guessed it, another swimming pool.
But it’s the people that work there that make this place so unique. Just the best team ever! And from this place a special nod to Indra who was just the best. I went on a little tour around the island with him, he picked me up and dropped me off at the harbour as well.
If I ever come back to Nusa Penida, this is we’re in gonna stay.

Really great place, with perfect quiet location, spacious rooms with silent AC and two pools. Breakfast is really good, a lot richer than a typical toast with jam. I've also met a lot of great people there. In rainy season it was 120k per night, which was a total bargain for that quality.

My stay at lushy hostel was very great. The location is perfect and the hostel is right at the beach. The rooms are basic but the beds are very big and comfortable. There is a lot of space to store your luggage. The staff is super lovely and in the evenings they have game nights, beer pong tournaments etc. A very social place. I really enjoyed myself here. Nusa penida is generally just perfect!

Really enjoyed my stay at Nuansa Penida Hostel. The place is clean, cozy, and the staff are super friendly. I also loved that they serve a really nice breakfast, and the free two cocktails at Amarta Penida were such a fun bonus. The whole vibe was chill and welcoming — honestly a perfect spot to stay on Nusa Penida.

One of the best hostels on Nusa Penida. They will arrange everything for you at a very discounted price, be it a ferry to from the mainland to a taxi from the harbour to snorkeling and day tours. Can't imagine getting a hostel so clean with such great amenities and 2 swimming pools for such a discounted price. Please check them out if you are travelling to Nusa Penida.

All the accommodations are great, to be honest — the hostel has everything a good one should.
However, I’m giving 3 stars because of the customer service I received from the guy at reception. He didn’t treat me with much cordiality and even raised his voice at me when I asked him to clarify a few questions. It felt unnecessarily rude.
To be fair, the rest of the staff were very polite and friendly. Never bad to take someone’s feedback in order to improve especially when you’re the business’s direct contact to the customer.

Perfect! Social aérea, good price, comfy room, pick up at the pier available for a good price, the staff is very kind, the welcome drink was amazing! I highly reccomend! Also they offer good tours around for a good price.

Amazing hostel only 8mins from the Harbour. The rooms were really clean and the staff was so friendly! They have a free shuttle every evening that departs hourly to an amazing sunset/ dinner spot. You even get 2 free cocktails if you come from the hostel. We had an amazing stay here and can definitely recommend this place!

Such a bougie, social and amazing hostel! The staff are so helpful and the breakfast is good too! The rooms are so clean and well maintained.

This is a great hostel, almost feels like a hotel! The bathroom and locker they provide are spacious, rooms are cleaned everyday and common areas are nice! Pool was always clean. The price is definitely worth it with the breakfast, which was really fresh as they adjusted the menu based on number of guest! I also organised my pick up, ferry to Gili and west coast trip with them and everything was perfect! They were quick to respond.
The only downside is the location which is not central and you need a bike to travel around. They have a restaurant and there are other places to eat within 5 mins walk. However, they also provide a discount and shuttle to a restaurant they are affiliated which has an amazing view!
Special mention to Iloh at the reception, who was one of the loveliest and the most hardworking person I have ever met!

This is a luxury hostel. Very nice and good services. We hired a bike bot through the hostel but literally a 30 sec walk away. Lovely seating area would definitely re-book.

This is the BEST place I have lived in Indonesia so far! The place is great, STAFF SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, breakfast also includes variety and the place is super clean! The property also arranges the west and east side tours for the day. WOULD RECOMMEND 10/10! Hands down, if you are planning to stay at Nusa Penida, this is your place :) ) )

This is the nicest hostel we have ever stayed in! The hostel rooms are clean and comfortable, the pool area is so nice to relax by and they have the best buffet breakfast ever. It’s not walking distance from the town but if you ask in reception they can get you a car or scooter taxi and it will come in minutes. The staff were so helpful and we enjoyed our stay a lot!
