Room is clean. The owner was very kind. They have free refills water too.

You get what you pay for. It is a very affordable stay and the room is clean but the staff are not very attentive and barely there at all. The area is far from most things do you will need some firm of transportation.

One of the best place to stay at Nusa Penida. Friendly staff. He helped us to buy return ferry ticket.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
Do not ruin your holiday by staying at a place like this.
We stayed for 3 nights and were given the exact same breakfast every day. The bathroom smelled bad, the towels were unpleasant, and the bed was broken. Very disappointing experience.

Very very terrible stay here with krusty. I am disgusted by this accommodation and am appalled by how the establishment is still running. I booked 2 rooms with Sanctum dive under Sanctum Resort and was being heavily shortchanged with 1 room at Sanctum Resort and another room with Krusty.
I tried to be open minded and accepted the arrangement as Sanctum was full (they shouldn’t have confirmed my booking if sanctum was full). Upon returning to my room in the 1st evening, we realised that the toilet stinks of PEE all over. We tried washing down the walls but it didn’t help at all. The main light in the room was also faulty, did not work and the room was super dark. Doesn’t help that the bed had this black powdery residue and lots of dead bugs.
I requested for the coordinator to move me back to Sanctum resort but they were on full house so they suggested that they changed out a better room for me. On day 2, I was terrorized by the smell of farts lingering throughout the room instead, beds were still dirty with dead bugs and even worse this time round, a Gecko was literally hiding on top of the room. I couldn’t sleep the whole night in fear that it may come down. The staff tried to catch the gecko but failed terribly. Overall it was really a traumatizing experience for me, I DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here AT ALL.

The private bungalows felt really dirty. A lot of bugs, mosquitos and no running water from the tap or shower. The small amount of water that came out smelled super bad and disgusting. Beds were dirty. We had to leave and change hotel, so we only stayed here one night. The staff didn’t even ask us why when we told them that we were gonna check out.
We give this place 2 stars because our tour guide for the West Side tour (620K for 4 pax) was super nice and friendly. Thank you!

We are couples, stayed here for 1day. The hotel staff are very humble and they will help you everything you want.
When you arrive at harbour at nusapendia, my advice is please book a bike rental because this hotel is 2 to 2.5 km from harbour.
Just give 80k — 90k and book a bike.
This hotel staff don’t offer any meals / breakfast they advise me to go near hotels.
They are so many best resorts available near by.
We planned our lunch at mamboo restuarent entry is free and amazing location with the beach🥳🥳
I planned candle night dinner with my wife at bubu restuarent and this is 5km from hotel. Amazing😍😍
And in the morning they are so many hotel near by beach sit and relax it worth going here😊😊.

Great hostel, even though the shower wasn’t warm I extended my stay for 4 nights. Just love the island and the fact that I could rent a scooter from the hostel to get everywhere.

It was incredibly beautiful, the owner is very accommodating and we can recommend it. It's really worth it! We had really nice days there! There is a cheap breakfast and you can rent scooters. We were treated kindly and had a BBQ on the beach with the people from the hostel which the host organized. It was really really nice!

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Although the location was a bit far from the main part of town it was a nice quick drive from the jetty to our hostel.
The rooms were pretty comfortable, place was quiet.

I can honestly say that this was the best stay in my life. I have Gi to thank for making my Nusa Penida trip so wonderful and special. This hotel is cozy and full of good vibes, and hopefully you’ll get to meet the host, who became my friend and helped to make the most out of my days in this gorgeous Island.

Lovely People in a magical Place. Great Food, fair Prices and the nicest service. Can rent a motorbike for 70 a day, and have service to bring you to the harbor!
Just the nicest People. I really recommend it to travelers who want to explore!

Hotel was clean and staff super friendly! GI picked us up from everywhere at any time and was so helpful! Definitely recommend!

Worst ever stay of my life. Never ever pick tis place.
1. There was RAT in our room which was active all night. Worst nightmare. We cudn sleep nor change our room midnight.
2. When approached property caretaker he knows only local language and was least bothered to address the concern or do smthin abt it.
3. We had booked with breakfast we were told it will b available from 8 Am. But the caretaker made us wait saying 10 more mins till 9 and we hd to leave.
4. Even day time hard to find caretaker forget at night.
5. When we ourselves decided to chase the RAT out. Found tat it was its permanent place. (see pics)
6. No body wash. When we asked for refill they din hav stock.
7 Bathroom was not clean even after asking to clean it. Nobody even bothered to clean it.
8. Trust me you have much better options within 2 kms.
9. When u r coming to Bali for vacation just for few bucks don pick tis place and spoil ur day/vacation or mess with ur days plan which happend to us.
10. NO HOT water at all. Even if u get drenched in rain (which could happen anytime in bali) you hav to end up taking cold water bath.

I booked a single room, however, there was an issue with the booking. I thought I had booked a single room when in fact the booking was for a dormitory. I explained the mistake and I really didn't want to share a room. Both the receptionist and the manager were extremely kind. They were fully booked and refunded my money with no questions asked, even though it was a no-cancelation reservation.
I might not be able to tell you much about the premises but I had to write this review due to the professionalism, integrity and friendliness that I experienced here.
