Great place. Unique cottage style rooms. Great customer service.
Can book scooter at the hotel reception to get around. Food is decent. With ocean facing infinity pool.

Staff were amazing, super helpful in arranging everything for us. I proved myself hopeless on a scooter so we were limited to the hotel-arranged taxis, relatively pricey but no other option. Food at the hotel may be limited but it’s good and very, very reasonably priced. Hotel restaurant is very small and not very inviting — luckily our food was served at a table next to our room. We really liked the room itself, we had one of the split-level rooms with two double beds at the top which was perfect for our family. In honesty, the daily cleaning of the rooms wasn’t great and should be improved. You’re slightly out of the way at this hotel so are held hostage to some extent by limited food options or taxis to a restaurant. Pool is really nice and view is awesome. Bear in mind there are no umbrellas and no shade at the pool — I guess they didn’t want to break up the sea view from the rooms closer to the pool. Again, staff in general were super helpful and really, really good.

Best service team so far on our Bali, Penida, Gili, Lombok, Gili tour. Very kind, very helpful.
Nice view and nice food. Pool was nice but needed a shower to wash off before going in. Beds were good and the night fairly quiet and calm — we slept well.
Cottages small, but nice and cozy except for bathroom (see below).
Bathroom seat should be changed. Not tomorrow — but immediately. Silly thing to mention, but it simply gives a really bad impression, when it looks like c…! Bathroom in general could use a facelift.
Resort/hotel is generally s bit worn some places, but overall it is not an issue.
You need a taxi to go the city, but this was well described in reviews, so no surprise to us. I did a run/exercise (only 1, 5-2 km) into town to pickup cash and small supplies (no big deal, but of course be aware in the traffic with no side walks).
Like everywhere in Nusa Penida, there is plastic and rubbish everywhere. Not in the hotel, but when you step outside it is all over. No coordinated effort to clean up the island — plastic in the roadsides, beaches, backyards! For an island living off its nature and natural sights it is really strange. Beautiful experience. I truly appreciated the staff. Everyone is so nice and helpful! The location isn't that great because you are obliged to take a taxi or rent a motorbike to move around as the hotel is in a hill and there isn't anything around. You are close to the port, though.
The view from the pool is breathtaking!

Alright let’s start of with the pros.
1. Great location of the property for sea view.
2. Staff were very friendly and cooperative.
Cons.
1. The entire properties tap water will be salty, including the pool.
2. The area is full of lizards and insects even in rooms. We saw a monitor lizard just outside the room and as we entered the room we were greeted with a lizard type called as gecko, it was right above the bed on sealing. This was immediately caught by the hotel staff and removed. But as we tried settling in any door we open a common lizard came running out of different sizes. It was a complete nightmare for us. We couldn’t sleep peacefully the night we just wanted to get outta there. No matter how good the property location is if we don’t have peace inside room we won’t feel good.
3. Staff were considerate enough to offer us free drop off to harbour (usually costs 150k).
4. The hallway is not well lit. It’s always dark and one must use flashlight from mobile to navigate to room or to inspect for any insects or lizards.
But no where it is mentioned about the Salt water or the amount of insects or lizards you see in the property even inside the rooms as rooms as multiple holes, including the main door.
Also coming to the food, their food was average but manageable, but you won’t be able to eat at peace after going through so much!
So go ahead and book the property if you don’t mind staying in the jungle with lizards and insects.

Excellent hospitality I was there for my birthday and it was late in the evening and couldn't find cake near by and the staff herself made a pancake and celebrated 😊. Hospitality was excellent and also the rooms, view from the room and pool was great. Highly recommended Stay in Nusa penida. You can see the cottage on your way to buyuk port and also see speed boats from your room.

Small and cozy, clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff available all day round. They are very active in helping out with travel arrangements and booking additional activities.
The sea facing infinity pool is a must try. It has the most amazing view at sundown.
