Your hotel truly has an excellent location and a wonderfully cozy atmosphere. It has all the potential to become a place guests would love to return to. However, to ensure a 5-star experience, there are several important issues that need attention:
What needs improvement:
The swimming pool – unfortunately, it was very dirty during our stay, and it didn’t feel inviting to swim in. Clean water and a well-maintained pool area are essential for guest satisfaction.
Breakfast buffet – the food could be of better quality and variety. A more appealing and well-prepared breakfast would greatly enhance the overall experience.
Additional concerns:
The air conditioner cannot be adjusted – it was uncomfortably cold in the room.
There are no trash bins in the rooms, which is very inconvenient.
Hot water runs out quickly in the shower – especially problematic in the morning.
There are no refrigerators in the rooms, which is a basic expectation in most hotels of this level.
Your hotel has what it takes to be truly exceptional. But for now, I would honestly rate it 3 out of 5 stars. I hope you take this feedback into account and work on improving these aspects.
Booked this for my mom& dad on their trip to Bali. They were so pampered that they still remember the lovely lady who called herself Mother, who made everyone feel at home with her love and care. Highly recommended.

This place is really quiet and calm nature friendly environment with no disturbance. And the rooms are very fresh also they have a king size bed with attached toilet and shower area is very big and clean. Also outside with a nice pool and a coffee table to have morning coffee. It's a nice place with a great deal.
