Alamanda Bingin

Alamanda Bingin is a small property made up of a garden surrounded by about ten bungalows. The area is very quiet and peaceful, which is great for relaxing. However, the road outside the property is completely dark at night, with no street lighting at all.
The bungalow itself is very simple and basic (with external bathroom) but I personally appreciated it, as this was exactly the kind of experience I was looking for. At check-in, the staff accompanied us to the bungalow and gave a brief introduction, although their English was very basic. On the day of check-out, there was only one lady available; we asked for information and whether we could leave our luggage, but unfortunately she was unable to communicate clearly or provide any answers.
Another big disappointment was the swimming pool. It is quite small, which would have been fine if it had been usable. Unfortunately, it was very dirty and there seemed to be no maintenance or cleaning. In the 24 hours we stayed there, no one used the pool at all.

This small complex area has so much more potential. The pool area was enjoyable to sit at. The staff just kept to then self (witch we were fine with) there was a nice dog who romed around aswell as 2 cats and 3 little kittens right outside our room. I'm not sure if the cats belonged to the owners of the apartment, but they didn't look well fed, we were putting out water for them that they jumped to very quickly.
The rooms,
The room was very dull, with no natural sunlight coming in. It also had a lot of ants and mosquitos in there, which the net didn't help. We were waking up with multi bites every morning. There were also 3 geckos living in our ceiling, which was a bit uncomfortable at first, but we got used to them. Rooms did get cleaned every day, and towels changed, and the stones in the shower looked nice but were very uncomfortable to stand on. Was also no fridge.
I would like to see this place take full advantage of the setup they have here and do something different to make it a bit more enjoyable.

We spent our time here directy after the demolition of Bingin Beach by the government. Anyway Alamanda villas is a beautiful place with very nice staff. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with our 1 yo and 3 yo and they put an extra bed in the room for the kids to share.
The staff are so friendly and work hard maintaining the beautiful gardens.
Our room was clean and cosy, a nice place to chill out and overlook the lovely garden space.
We would definitely stay here again!

Such an amazing place for the price. Honestly the nicest place we’ve stayed at in Bali and Nusa islands. Beautiful area with very clean, well kept pool. Lovely room with spacious bathroom that even had a bath. Staff were friendly and helpful and had an excellent time staying here. Couldn’t recommend it more. There were even a family of kittens at the property which were adorable 🐱❤️

Such an amazing place. Great location, very friendly staff, clean pool and lovely room. Huge bathroom, lovely hot shower, and a bath! Couldn’t recommend this place more, they even came into our room and cleaned/made our bed after the first night.

The bungalows are amazing and the location is perfect. Lovely pool and a brilliantly attentive security/handyman. Only thing I would like to feedback is the cleanliness of the communal fridge area and kitchenette. Rotting fruit with lots of flies making the area extremely unpleasant.
Other than that couldn’t recommend enough.

You get what you paid for. Don’t expect the biggest amount of comfort. It is quite pricey for kind of a homestay place.
Wi-Fi was very slow time to time and there is next to no mobile service connection (we used telkomsel).
Aircon was also very weak at our last day and night.
Very noisy birds and roosters in the morning as the houses are not well isolated.
No glas windows the light up the room, only wooden windows that you have to open to let light in the room.

Lovely peaceful stay. Beautiful pool and gardens. 300m access to beach and restaurants and Spa's. Chilled water dispenser on tap. My mozzie net was fine. Clean room bathroom and crisp linen. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again if I'm lucky enough to come back! Very helpful with taxis too.
