Fabulous property in Nusa Dua on white sandy beach. 40, 000 lagoon swimming pool is amazing and private villas are gorgeous and have private pools. Overall property is incredible with lush landscaping and super friendly staff.

One of the best resorts I have stayed at in my entire life — Just the best, with very little to criticise. Beautiful villas, amazing pools, sumptuous food, perfect room service. The staff are some of the friendliest in the world and the spa gave us one of the best massages we have ever had. Highly recommended!

The best resort I’ve ever been to bar none.
Forget just Bali, the whole world.
The service is impeccable, the atmosphere is so different and warm — it is the definition of luxury without being extremely posh while still having it’s rustic Balinese feel. The manager Marcel and Head Butler Carlos personally greeted us — the whole team was wonderful. There is no resort on the island that has matched the standard of that of the St. Regis.
I’ve been to Amandari, Amankila, Four Seasons Jimbaran, FS Sayan, The Apurva Kempinski (these were all the best rooms of each hotel for a fair comparison). The St. Regis has every hotel beat by miles in terms of hospitality, ambience and food. The only thing I would improve would be the gym, but otherwise this place exceeds all expectations.
Everyone is extremely hospitable and polite. I originally booked 2 nights but extended to 6 nights.
Now I’m looking forward to coming back.

The staff were MUCH friendly and down to earth than the Mulia or other five star resorts, but not too familiar and very professional. Thoroughly enjoyed every second with the StRegis team and at the facilities.

I love this hotel. The staff is very attentive and takes care of every detail. The grounds are gorgeous, with really stunning water elements and Koi fish all around. The beach is AMAZING! There is an outer reef so the waves break far from the shore making it easy for any one to jump in and swim and snorkel. The breakfast is very diverse serving Asian and American food, be sure to get the lobster omelette! They have specialty items on the breakfast menu that they will bring to your table with no extra charges. The poolside menu is beyond ordinary and each chair has a buzzer so you don’t have to try and flag any one down to get service. They have golf carts to transport you around the grounds. The spa has massages that are out of this world. If you are coming to Bali, stay here!

Okay, this resort is amazing. One of the best I've ever enjoyed. But, beyond the killer grounds and equisit rooms, it's all about the staff. I can't say enough about the the people here… they are incredible… genuine, attentive, and truly caring about your experience. If you go to Bali and want something out of this world, this is the place to be.

Fabulous resort placed in the beautiful Nusa Dua. It's one of the best hotels I ever been in my whole life. Superb amenities together with extraordinary, professional staff service let you feel pampered in unbelievable way. Marvelous food. Staying in this resort you can see completely different quality comparing to other 5 star hotels. The beach front villas located in exceptional view spot. Clean, perfect sandy beach and amazing water colour. Highly recommended. Definitely gonna come back.

Absolutely fantastic, from the moment you leave the plane — the team escorts you through a special immigration to the transfer service. Ground level rooms ("suites") come with a dipping pool and Cabana. Villas surround the huge saltwater lagoon. If you stay in a room, you may almost miss that gem. Sadly it's only 1.20m deep, but that's OK. Even during almost full occupancy, the lagoon was virtually empty. Then of course you have another pool and the beach! Outdoor dinner is a nice romantic option. Breakfast was good, but not hugely memorable. For extra comfort have it delivered to the room as the breakfast restaurant can get a bit busy.

Admiration for strand Vila de l hotel with its garden and swimming pool. The beautiful restaurant by its offer registration meals, the positive atmosphere and the sympathy of the staff including the Super chefs. For me it was the best hotel of my life.

In my opinion it is one of the best hotels in Bali (if there is money)

A very secluded place among lush vegetation. Convenient for those who want a private holiday. Prices for accommodation and meals correspond to the level of the hotel. There is a children's development center with themed rooms: Music training, art class.

This hotel was at the beginning of our trip. Big mistake. We are afraid everything after it is just going to be a massive disappointment. Every detail was carefully thought out and presented in a way that could only make you feel welcomed. Majority of other 5 star properties seems and feels like 3 stars after this experience.

Rooms (we had the suite with pool) was very nice and spacious. The outdoor area with pool a dream. Modern meets Balinese style. Here and there you can see that the hotel is standing for 10 years, but with the friendliness and prudence of all the staff, you can see about it.
At the restaurants you have 4 options, which convinced us all. Prices are reasonable for quality and you can also get simpler dishes for € 12-15. Alcohol, however, is very expensive here.
The hotel complex is huge and you will always find something new. There are many retreats and several pool landscapes — one with bar.

Everything about this hotel was absolutely fantastic — from the hotel staff, the food, the rooms, etc. My husband and I had a wonderful time and loved everything about this hotel. It was the best service I’ve ever experienced… and the location is pretty amazing as well! We will definitely be back!

Amazing resort! If you want to get away and escape with beautiful pool, beaches, food, and service, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and attentive, be prepared to be pampered. The fire show is pretty awesome too.

Great restaurant with very rich cuisine. A lot of meat and seafood dishes. There are mussels, crayfish, sushi, rolls.
Very nice live music with a game of piano and saxophone.
While we sat several times brought dishes from the chef (some were very tasty) of cons-Mutton can not cook (meat was like rubber).
Second minus-no free water, with a very expensive entry price. Had to drink watermelon.
A lot of sweets, some were very tasty and wanted them more, such as crème brulé.
Entrance to the territory through a metal detector, and even at the entrance of the bike inspect. Overall, everything is serious.

It's a great hotel. Clean well-groomed beach. Every night a fire show. The restaurant is the best in Bali.

The grounds and interior are very beautiful!

My wife and I stayed 5 days at the St Regis in late February. Our room was spacious and had a wonderful view of the ocean. From the moment we arrived, it seemed that every staff member knew our names and were all remarkably attentive. Our meals were superlative and the wait staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Nothing was rushed. Two of the waiters, Yoga and Moor, both highly personable and genuine, truly added to our experience of the hotel and of Bali. The only downside: the access to the large salt water pool (mostly behind the private villas) was very unclear and awkward.

Been here 8 times since 2010. Staying here now: Quality of service became very poor. Personnel became very lazy, a lot of dust in villas. Look for better options.

The hotel has multiple pools, great restaurants and big, clean and convenient rooms. The St. Regis absolutely saved my holiday after a less than pleasant experience at an other property in nusa dua before. Will return for sure.

Villa hotel is good, the villa as soon as the door opens directly to the sea. The waiter has a good attitude. I'll come next time.

The resort didn't meet our expectation. The resort and room are pretty big. However, the furniture and decoration already show their age and it's a bit smelly. The breakfast is ok, but not great, and it lacks vegetarian options. We also tried the famous afternoon tea, but felt disappointed due to the average food quality. We also use the hotel's tour package, but the car was not particularly comfy.

We stayed in this hotel for almost a month and never had any complaints. Amazing service, friendly staff, huge lagoon with sea water, unrealistically delicious Indonesian restaurant in a separate house with Balinese musicians. Excellent breakfast and spa. The ideal hotel for a relaxing beach holiday away from party Kuta and Seminyak.
Room Tip: Choose a villa near the sea water lagoon.

Wonderfully prepared in every way. The room condition was great. Besides, the butlers, receptionists, room attendants, etc were so kind, polite and professional. I do enjoyed staying in St. Regis.

This place is amazing and I love the blue lagoon pool. The staff is incredible as it always is for a St. Regis. The rooms here are some of the nicest that I have ever seen. It's pricey but's so worth it if you go to Bali. I will be back!

From the moment we unboarded our plane at the airport, our experience at the St. Regis Bali was extraordinary. My husband and I chose this resort for our honeymoon, and we were not disappointed. We were completely blown away by the beauty, the peacefulness, and of course the hospitality. After the stress of planning a big wedding, the St. Regis was just the escape we needed. We stayed in a beach front Strand Villa, and it was beyond perfect. The views of the beach from your giant, comfy bed are unparalleled. The bathroom includes a luxurious soaking tub — which was filled with rose petals spelling "I love U" when we arrived. The walk in closet was perfect for unpacking all of our luggage — which, by the way, the butler service will help you with if you like. In the hot, humid weather our private plunge pool was the perfect reprieve. The water is constantly the perfect temperature. We spent each afternoon floating in the pool for hours, followed by relaxing in the shade of the backyard pagoda. The food here is unbelievable. We ate at each of the restaurants located on the resort and let me just say this — you will never have an empty glass nor an empty plate nor an empty stomach! The service is superb, with great care and attention taken. We were always welcomed by name with a sincere welcoming smile. I could go on for ages raving about what a fantastic time we had. Just know that if you choose to visit this resort, you will not be disappointed!

This is our most favorite hotel in the world and honestly, the best one to date. Suites, villas and service always excellent. They have the most congenial team and whenever you would ask for something the request will be follow promptly in no time. What we also liked about St Regis it never felt crowded. There were always beach chairs available, and there was never a wait for breakfast. The property itself is immaculate and gorgeous, laid out beautifully and really built around guest privacy. Even when resort is full it's never feels crowded. Both the villas and suites are stunning with local Balinese architecture and materials… large, very well equipped, private, very stylish and with excellent finish. The entire staff is incredibly warm and very professional running like a clock and we always felt like the resort's most important guests! Breakfasts are a big deal to us and it is absolutely a meal to look forward to here… huge, gorgeous buffet with plenty of options, you won't be disappointed. Overall the food and drinks quality superb in every restaurant, more expensive than in local places, but quality will be uncomparable… When staying in the suite you will be close to lobby and breakfast. Strand villa gives you direct access to the beach. Lagoon villas linked to lagoon pool And Gardenia villas provide total privacy. But whatever you choose you certainly won't be disappointed.

Worst hotel I ever stayed … So many things were not working in the villa we stayed, in the spa aquatic pool and the locker… maintenance of this property is unexpectedly very bad… especially for hotel who once was the best hotel resort in Asia … it's not really worth to pay such a high price with terrible hotel maintenance. Save the money for other hotel… will definitely not coming back… In fact feel regret to stay here as it was my first time to try this hotel … however the staffs are very friendly and helpful.

What a wonderful villa. What a beautiful resort. What a lovely place to stay. The ST. REGIS BALI Resort I should start with the reception great welcome from the time we check in until good bye not just in reception its every where you walk. Our reservations is 2 bedrooms I don't know how to describe it but maybe a word of wonderful villa could be enough with some pictures. Including the villa private swimming pool with also a huge public salt poll deep 1.3m The breakfast is good with multi choice of food as you like nice sitting arrangement table. The beach and the beach yah beautiful to stay with sun shine and enjoy your moments The services and food very excellent at the beach. Location some small shops around the resort but for sure will not need to get out. SPA you should try it. Of course recommended resort to stay or visit.

I thought I was being too adventurous bringing a 3 month old baby on a trip to Bali but I badly needed a retreat. St Regis made the trip unforgettable from the moment we landed, we saw the staff at St Regis greeting us with smiles and welcoming us to Paradise. We were then whisked off to The St Regis Bali Resort with the staff greeting me by my name. Talk about top notch service. There was so much to do in The St Regis Bali, I put all my plans on hold to explore Bali because I took 3 days to slowly explore the vast premises of The St Regis Bali. We had Afternoon Tea at King Cole Bar, the daily Epicurean breakfast at Boneka and caught the sunset at the private beach. I love the breakfast at Boneka as the staff came by with the food while we tend to the baby. You must try their Lobster Omelette and Blueberry Smoothie! Why I love the St Regis Hotels is because of their St Regis Butler Service. Our Butler was so attentive and offered many options when we wanted to head out for lunch. He understood that a baby needed water for milk and brought along a whole carton of water for us. He came by regularly as I needed to sterilise my bottles and we enjoyed our daily morning cup of latte with warm cookies served by the Butler. For some personal mummy time, I tried the Javanese Healing and Aqua Vitale at Remede Spa, leaving me very refreshed and recharged to take care of my baby.

Very disappointed with how my partner and I were spoken too and treated at a recent encounter at St Regis Bali. not impressed with the service that it just made the experience very off putting. I was hoping to have my wedding here, needless to say that I will not be having fun it hear now. The even more disappointing part of the stay is that I work in Travel, and always recommend clients to stay here.
