A big recommandation for this place! the view is breath taking, the stuff is very friendly and helpful.

Great location with great views. Good food. When we needed to get to penida he took us on a snorkel trip and just ended it on penida and talked to our other bungalow to arrange pick up there.

Definitely the biggest disappointment of our stay in Bali. We have been in Indonesia three times and this is our worst experience by far. We felt really ripped off and for the price we paid really expected a much higher standard compared to other places we had stayed. All in all, soulless and well overpriced. There seems to be about 20 staff moving around not doing a lot. They are all constantly looking at their phones, even the staff at the kitchen and the reception. Very disappointing. At other places we stayed we felt really welcome, here not. I wish I read more reviews before we booked, because between all the good ratings you can see that we were not the only ones with such negative experience. We also had to ask for new towels, not once but three times. The same was with the cleaning. And the breakfast choices are also very limited and portions very small compared to other places we stayed (and paid lot less). We couldn’t wait to go somewhere else. On the other hand, location is great and so is the view from the pool. Communication with the manager (Martijn) was prompt, but unfortunately he is not on site, so the things are not running as they should. All in all, an experience I wish we will forget soon. Definetly not recommended at the moment (hopefully staff attitude will change in near future).

Great management, location and rooms. Food good cocktails wonderful. They organised a great day on a boat for family and I. Corn chips and dip only disapointment.

This is in a great location. The staff are friendly and are also quite helpful. The food is also of a good standard. I enjoy my visits here. Beer is very important to me. I find that the beer here is not really cold enough. I now rectify this by ordering one and asking for four more to be put in the freezer.

So there is not much negative things to say about this place apart from having to leave after only one night. Stunning view from the room, the pool and the eating area. Our room was the double storey bungalow cant fault it had an amazing sleep in a very comfortable big king size bed, bathroom was nice bedroom was quite big with windows over looking the ocean. So peaceful and quiet staff is more than friendly and accomodating food is great cant fault this place at all. The new manager seems great aswell. Will definitely be coming next time.

I was here for lunch, the stunning sunset and a lovely evening live music. And all of these experience was so perfect for me. Great location, stunning sunset, super friendly host, lovely staffs, delicious food, good collection of wine and drinks, the views. The live music… All were just awesome! Definitely it's in my top list of places I must stop in Nusa Ceningan. Trust me, you're gonna love this place instantly!

Stunning location overlooking beach. Bungalows are well kept. Wifi and A/C are great. Staff friendly. All of the food I tried was above average compared to other similar properties where I've stayed. Overall very happy. Would only suggest to anyone considering staying here that it is quite remote when you consider the hilliness of the area. Though distances are short to restaurants and sights, you will not want to walk up and down steep hills in the humidity so will need to hire a scooter if you don't want to stay put at the hotel.

The rooms have come in the years and it smells uncomfortable. The staff is not service oriented and is more busy with his smartphones. You feel like you're going to get upset.
The breakfast was a disaster: the dishes were filthy and the scrambled eggs were not through and lay unloved on the plate.
The facility is rarely cleaned up. There are always used glasses, plates and towels around.
It's just plastered on the surface. It looks unkempt everywhere.
The water in the infinity is dirty and burns all over the body.
The rooms are only cleaned on request.
For all these reasons, we also left earlier.
The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right here.

Great place where you can have lunch or even sip one of their fabulous cocktails. This in a heavenly place decorate with a superb overflowing pool which overlooks an exceptional panorama.

Great place to relax, have drinks or eat something. The view, the staff, the food, it's all great.

Had a lunch here last week. Food was ok, but the waiter did not returned all change when paid in cash. The service-fee and tax was already included in the bill, but the waiter did anyhow kept some percentage for himself, either totally lost in math or a thief… We did not check all bills until afterwards.

Best View! If you're looking for a spectacular view of the waves, comfy day beds, and a sweet saltwater pool come to the palms! The vibe is here :) not touristy at all.

Awesome venue, ocean front, great food, cocktails, great people running the hotel, great vibe, huge lounges and pool to lay around in… fantastic beats, rooms are huge and very well appointed. Nothing to complain about here… try it out. You will love it.

Better than Perfect.
This place makes me love Bali even more than ever.
The host, Jamie's hospitality make you feel welcome and make the place like home.
The food was delicious.
The cliff jump was only less than 10mins walk.
The surf spot is right in front of the place.
Just stay here! the perfect sunset place.

Great patio overlooking the ocean, set atop cliffs and some pretty huge swells that make for great surfing spectating. Incredible infinity pool (two actually), great music and comfortable seating everywhere. It's remote; great for a day trip if staying on Lembongan, and great for staying if you want remoteness.

Was ok was there for wedding think was over charged drinks were half nips place its self was great views and stuff but bit disappointed drink were better at jenny's next door but rooms were nice for the price of the place should of been better with everything else on main land half the price and better location and views was surprised on how much it costed here sorry.

Really nice view and good place for relaxing. Quiet fast Wi-Fi for the island. The food was ok but everything here is a bit expensive. Be aware of many bees there. Still worth it!

Simply stunning view and infinity pool. Chilled music with a view and the mixed juice was one of the best we've had on the island.

Amazing salt water pool, lovely staff, delicious food in an unbelievable spot! Need to go back very soon!

Epic day spent lazing on their lounges by the pool over looking the surf at secret point, can walk straight down the cliff to surf. Good Mexican and cold bintang! Staff are super friendly and more than happy to keep refilling bevvys as you swan in the pool.

This hotel has everything you want, Beautiful view of ceningan surf point, Infinity pool right on the edge of the cliffs, Big comfortable rooms with ocean views, comfortable pool lounges, super friendly staff and really tasty food. I'll be back next year.
