Awesome location and fantastic hosts, staff are so helpful, recommend Gecko Bungalows every time.

I couldn’t recommend these bungalows any more, I’ve stayed here multiple times and absolutely loved every stay! The bungalows are very clean and spacious with all the extras including cold/hot drinking water, tv, aircon, mini bar and super comfy beds! Large communal pool with space to relax, it’s never crowded as there are only 5 bungalows here. The local staff and owners who are aussie are very lovely and helpful if you want to hire a scooter or need advice for around the island! I cannot wait to be back! :)

Couldn't make the crossing from Bali as the boat services were barred by the Harbour Master. As soon as we found out, a few days before, we called for advice about the booking. Before I could finish speaking, an irate woman called Natalie (who I assume was the owner) continually insisted that I will have to claim on insurance. I ended up hanging up as she wouldn't let me speak. Not pleasant at all especially after just finding out that our diving holiday had been pretty much ruined.

+ location was good + garden was nice — bungalow was dark and it was always hot even though the A/C was running — mix tap was rusty and fell almost off while showering — pool was dirty (greenish mold around the pool) — staff was not very friendly, could not help with recommendations — owner parked her car in front of the entrance in the evening so we could barely get in with our scooter — very poor Internet connection in the evening — I never received an answer to my email why the Internet connection is so slow in the evenings All in all, there are nicer places to stay in Lembongan.

What a fantastic place to stay. We just loved it.
Paul & Nat have done an awesome job with the bungalow's, gardens & pool are beautiful, Nice big fridges that keep the beers really cold, the hot & cold water machines in the rooms are a great idea. Our motorbikes were organised in no time. 8 days just wasn't long enough & will be back for sure.

Natalie was an amazing host and her place absolutely amazing. The bungalows are brand new and are clean and private in a not so crowded part of Nusa Lemboghan but very close to the main beach.

We booked all five rooms at Gecko Bungalows for our group. We had such a wonderful stay, and didn't want to leave. The staff were so helpful and went out of their way with any request we had, or suggestions etc. The Bungalows themselves are perfect! So many small touches that really stand out, like an Aussie adaptor in our room, DVD's a water cooler instead of water bottles and tea and coffee facilities. The mini bar is also very reasonably priced. … Thanks again for a wonderful stay, we will be back!
