Cheap hotels in Karangasem

Beautiful oasis, with single villas, all with balcony, mine had the bonus view of Mt Agung. Nice pool. The restaurant is upstairs with spectacular view of Agung. Food amazing and well priced.

My stay was very plesant. Perfect location, nice staff, comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, spacious room with great view and no bugs. Curtains do not block much light so bring your facemask.

Really nice room (#1), with a private little patio where we had breakfast. Comfy bed and nice outdoorsy bathroom. Owners very friendly and helpful. Rented a scooter at the property.

We had a booking issue through Agoda, but after contacting customer service everything was resolved and we received our money back.

I chose this place because they have a shared room, so it was the cheaper option. The rooms and the hotel are of very good quality, and they were cleaned every single day.

We had an amazing experience with Scuba Tribe Bali and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a diving holiday in Bali.

The warm service from the staff, and view are great.

What a wonderful stay! The value for money is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our room (the deluxe room above the pool) with its stunning views of the valley, forests, and mountains.

First encounter with Bali, and couldn’t have wished for more. What a lovely family, so helpful and kind. Also great breakfast, awesome view on the mountains, a hot shower and a really nice bed.

We had a very pleasant stay here. AC was not needed, since it was not very hot at night and the fan did its job.

They have separate cottages here facing the beautiful wild garden and hills. Location is remote but you can rent a bike to explore central Sideman. I am still enjoying my stay here.

We spent two nights at Komang’s place with his family and had a truly wonderful time.

We loved our stay at Astana Swaha. We stayed for 7 nights. From sidemen you can get to many places within one hour.
We services was very good. They are most kind. Rooms were very clean.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a truly wonderful stay! The place offers a breathtaking view that alone is worth the trip. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with a smile.

A really great stay. The room was really clean and the host was so nice for us! You can also sit in the garden and it is really quite.

Had an amazing stay for 1 night and the people near so nice and kindest people. Love this place.

We stayed 1 night in Taman Astra. You can wake up 6 am and watch sunrise. Its really good and silent. The staff helpful and friendly. If you come to this place by car.

A great hotel, with the loveliest staff, overlooking the valley with Mount Agung in the distance.
The rooms are large and clean.

Lovely property, in a beautiful location overlooking villages and rice fields.

You’re even considering staying at Absolute Scuba Diving in Padang Bai — stop looking and just book it.
This is hands down our favorite place on Bali, and we say that as people who keep coming back…

Thought I would write this the night before we leave tomorrow.

WOW! That is the only word I can use to describe this place. In fact, we actually changed our ferry to a day later so we can extend our stay at this magnificent resort.

It's been a good experience so far. The food portions are big, but still super tasty. The staff is friendly and speaks fluent English. You have a nice view and a gaming room with billiards.

We loved it here. Beautiful place for us to spend our first three days on Bali.

Amazing place! me and my family had the best time… staff was very helpful and polite.

We stayed here in March and we're very pleased with our decision.

Amazing guesthouse with a beautiful view over the Sidemen rice fields. It is a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and our bungalow was spacious.

This is genuinely the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. The views of Mt Agung and the rice fields from the room are incredible.

The moment your venture into DW Jungle Resort you feel at peace. Immaculate garden setting, quiet, boutique. The staff are so attentive. Food at the restaurant was outstanding.

Hidden gem in the heart of Bali. The resort is peaceful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home.

Our room was spacious and well equipped with a view of the sea.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was well thought out and spacious with a super comfortable bed.

I stayed here for a month and did 12 fun dives—had to leave a shoutout!
Our dive guide Radith was not only good-looking but also super responsible.

Had a very pleasent stay. Good ambient, good breakfast, good location. Got help with whatever we needed — transfers, scooter rent, laundry.
They offer a good treking trip. I strongly recommend.

If you book this you will not only get a great homestay, but also what will most likely be the best host you’ve ever had.

Very fair price and in a lovely location with the sea being just at the end of your cottage.

I am an Australian XPat living in Bali since March 2024.

9 years Rosie Holland Yoga has held a Retreat here in Mendira Village at Pondok Pisang. The elevated yoga Shala is full equipped now with ropes mats blankets blocks & most importantly 4 ceiling fans.

We had a wonderful stay here for a 6 day yoga retreat with Blissology. Our room had a wonderful ocean view and patio.

Modern apartment with clean pool. Big kitchen, nice view from balcony. I really recommend to stay here.

Charming place to spend weekends or whole life here💕

Wonderful experience at Green Vanilla Bungalows!
The villa is really beautiful with an amazing view of the rice fields!
The host is lovely, and the breakfast is delicious. We will come back!

The food is very tasty, and the rooms are truly beautiful. You get more than you expect. My highlight was Mudi, the host — she is literally the best host I’ve had in Bali!

The hotel is fantastic, for a quiet relaxing stay in Sidemen. The staff is friendly and very welcoming, helping you in all they can, they even invite me to a ceremony for a new hotel they are opening.

So beautiful and calming, lovely staff, stunning views, great prices. Right in the heart of sidemen. A soothing and local retreat.
