We’ve just returned from Ashyana Resort. This resort sets itself apart because of its staff, they are brilliant. It also offers training for the local high school students in hospitality, incl bed making, towel presentation, and their trophies are proudly displayed in the foyer. Beautiful grounds, lovely big air conditioned rooms, and renovated, modern bathrooms (with a fabulous full force rain shower), a lovely restaurant onsite, Le Zat, and, in pre-covid times, offers entertainment and sunset cocktails, however these have been suspended for the moment. Other alcoholic drinks on offer, however, so not really an issue. Well situated, right on the beach, and so reasonably priced that we’ll definitely return. Great work Ashyana!

My blessing cerimony was amazing, it was like a dream come true. So much better than what we could've imagined. All the staff was very kind and very helpfull. The rooms and food were absolutely Perfect! I Will defenitly return to this amazing place!

Good place and nice view for stay at candidasa. We want to stay longer.

Had a wonderful stay here! The staff went to such effort to learn my name and make me feel welcome. The rooms are spacious, clean and the view is great! I did a cooking course at their Le Zara restaurant which I loved! We learnt to prepare many dishes and I got given photos of my experience at the end. Definitely recommend this place to other travelers.

During our trip through Bali we stayed in the Ashyana Candidasa Resort — and it was amazing! As we arrived, the staff banged a big drum for us, we were warmly welcomed. We had a very nice room, very close to the pool. On the terrace we enjoyed the view on the Indian Ocean. When we needed something, we told the staff and they arranged immediately. The Le-Zat restaurant is definitely worth a try, maybe we got there the best cocktails in Bali. The Resort is directly at the beach, we loved it to fall asleep while listen to the sounds of the sea. Highly recommended!

Strategic place out of the hustle but close to the harbor. Poolside Bungalow A few steps from the sea, very nice room, well finished in wood with stone bath, all very clean. Very nice compositions created by the staff with towels and flowers, every day different!
Restaurant on the sea with kitchen in sight, very nice dishes with your name written above, delicious food and excellent ginger tea!
Unfortunately it was raining and we did not enjoy the pool nor the sea, but we relaxed very much with the only noise of the waves to keep us company!
Resort Super recommended for those who want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist area.

A excellent place to stay with an exclusive restaurants that surfs high quality food. Nice staff that will do anything to make your stay as perfect as possible. Nice clean rooms with excellent seaside view.

Facilities are great, with a great view. But it's on the pricy side. We booked through a travel agent so we didn't know in advance. We tried booking a snorkling trip through the hotel and they charged almost 50% more than the service just down the road which left in front of the hotel itself.

I love every bit of this hidden gem. The food is consistently excellent quality. The pool is so warm and clean, and the view of sunsets and see breeze just melts away any tension in your body and mind. The staffs and manage are very friendly and accommodating. Can't wait for third stay at Ashyana in a few months time! Can't wait to eat the grilled vegetable sandwich, the segar tea, all the fruit juice and of course cocktails :)

Located just next to (stony part of the) beach so the view is nice. Breakfast can be slow but the food is great, with dance performances every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. They have a pool with pool bar and free Balinese cakes every Friday afternoon. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. You can book some trips through reception too, but it will cost a little bit more compare to doing it directly.
