Maaf ya mau komentar apa adanya semoga bisa jadi masukan, sya kesana sewaktu ada pernikahan sepupu yg resepsi nya berlokasi di nirmala hotel. Pertama, lift nya agak jorok krna kotor dn di dinding tempat tombol2 dn sekitarnya bnyak noda2 yg membuat terlihat jorok. Kedua, kamar nya saat baru dibuka sedih saya aromanya luar biasa tidak enak, bau nya menusuk meskipun sudah di buka semua pintu2 dan jendela nya tpi lama bnget sirkulsi udara sejuknya berganti, nyalakan ax pun ga mempan baunya ga hilang, lantai kamar mandi jika tersiram air tidak bisa hilang/kering lagi karna airnya menggenang. Pernikahan sepupu saya di tangani pihak hotel akan tetapi saat acara berlangsung menjadi tidak kondusif semua, prtma mc nya yg tadinya 1 tetiba dtg lgi mc perempuan yg ga ikut GR jdi pas acara dia bnyak omong dn memakan waktu lama dn tamu2 pada bosan hal ini sidh dikasih tau dari pihak keluarga padhal utk mempersingkat saja tpi masih terus bicara mc perempuan nya. Dan susunan acara kn hotel yg handle ya cm krn kurang koordinasi atau memang untuk yg mengarahkan tamu tidak disediakan dari pihak hotel jdi yg tadinya keluarga ada di meja vip jadi pindah ke deretan kursi belajang semua. Kami kira di handle hotel semacam EO gtu jdi keseluruhan acara ditata sedemikian epik, tenyta hanya handle susunan acara di ats panggung, dekor dn hidangan sja.

Just a nice hotel in Denpasar. Iy has meeting rooms which are good for business meetings and presentations. One thing, which need attention is the cleanliness of the restrooms. The lift is also rather small so it maybtake a while you get your turn using the lift. Amother things is that it has very small parking space. In front of the obby. O.

Nice place, cozy feeling… But, there still lack of something like: Sometime in specific room got a hot water, sometime it's not. They need to change the TV provider to more channels, change it's Wi-Fi ISP to stable and fast internet, they need to fix Few floor in specific room…

So bad. The shower water is so slow, there is no hot water and there is a lot of dust in my room. The Wi-Fi is worst, I can't even connect to the Wi-Fi.

Hotel dengan fasilitas cukup lengkap dan pelayanan yang ramah. Lokasi di jalan Mahendrata berdekatan dengan rumah Sakit dan beberapa warung makan. Di hotel ini juga ada mini market, kolam berenang dan atm. Areal parkir cukup luas dan ada parkir bawah tanah. Hotel juga dilengkapi dengan lift.

A nice place to stay with affordable price. And they rent rooms for meetings too.

I went this place when I celebrated christmas last year. Comfortable place, wide convention room.

We found a cockroach in our room! Luckily we're not easily disgusted.

The room was spacious. My room wall was a very big glass door that enclosed by curtain which is discomforting because by the gap made it impossible to canceling noises from outside (at the time I stayed, there were kids staying there for football tournament). When I enter the room first time, those glass door was open and I almost given up closing it because the door joint wont lock. They dont give me sandal (i asked the reception and they said they dont give sandals) and the floor was quite dusty. The sanitary werent good too, they look old and not very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was useless, and dont ask me the breakfast because I dont want to say bad things about food.

The swimming pool is dirty a bit and its not in accordance with the price of admission. And also there was a sharp and pointy floor at the bottom of the swimming pool that was make my foot injured deep enough.

AC di ballroom tidak semua hidup jadi ruangan sangat panas… Toilet dekat ballroom sangat bau dan air tidak hidup. Sangat buruk.
