Seri villa was very disappointing, place did not look like in pictures. Place run down and was expensive. Booked driver from villa to pick us up on arrival never showed up. Air con not working in bedrooms, surge leaking from toilet, blood stains and urine stains on linen was gross. Villa door left open to our villa, Hasan the Manager was not a nice man at all very aggressive promised us lots but gave us nothing. Dogs barking all night. Not relaxing at. If you have young children don't go here. Food was not good at villa and not much to choose.

We just had the worst experience linen covers in blood and yellow stains. Arranged to be picked up from airport driver never arrived. Aircon was broken in lounge and two of the three bedrooms and coming from NZ this heat was insane. Surage was leaking from master bedroom toilet we were so disappointed. Hasan Manager promised a free driver as we were going to book out early, after a long day with what we thought was a free driver. Hasan Turned up to our villa at 10:30 at night bashing on the door threatening to kick And beat my 50 year old mother and 13 year old sister if we didn’t pay the driver he arranged for free. My family was terrified! We had to sleep in one room my family was so freaked out. To avoid confrontation we left the next day at 6am … 1 star for the poor nice staff that have to work with that monster. Beware.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a great location. On first look the villas seem amazing for their price, however they are actually quite tired and in disrepair. The furniture is shabby, towels and sheets are stained, shower head and tap broken, water feature in garden broken, water cooler doesnt work, closet door falls off hinges, safe doesn't lock. Lots of little things that individually don't matter but combined… The villa needs some love.
